I don’t think this is the right decision. But I can see it’s a thorny issue.

We can't have it both ways - if we deport foreign criminals we have to accept ours back.
I personally would bring her back and ask her to speak in schools where the girls are at risk.

I have absolutely no sympathy for her. To bring her back to this country would be dangerous.
She has radicalised views. If they bring her back they've got blood on their hands.

That's pretty racist in my opinion. Basically you're saying we shouldn't allow muslims in the UK in case they turn out to be extremists.

Umm you’ve completely made up a whole new interpretation of what I’ve said. This girl (and others) were groomed. Not groomed in the way she of Islam, but groomed in the ways of terrorism. Are you seriously saying that terrorism and Islam go hand in hand and that to prevent terrorists recruiting we must ban Islam? Really?

She should be brought back. She was a CHILD and she was groomed.

Well as she seems to show zero remorse, you are basically suggesting she travel round and groom other teenagers. What an excellent plan!

She was groomed. I doubt that she'll groom others and there will be therapies put in place to ensure the safety of others if she is allowed to return. I feel sorry for her.
As for showing zero remorse, how do we know that? We don't. She's not here and that may well change once she feels safe enough to express remorse.

15 year old Gemma (the name that was used in the press) who ran away with her teacher Jememy Forrest in 2017 was treated as a child and a victim of grooming.
Ms Begum was also a child and groomed I can't see that the law can be interpreted in 2 ways

She is still a threat and should not be allowed to return. 15 is old enough to know right from wrong. We've all been 15 and been a bit stupid and possibly easily lead but christ what she did is on a whole different level

Either all children who have been groomed deserve justice or none deserve justice.
