At the moment, I feel like we have a choice between the worst Labour and Conservative parties of my lifetime.
I would prefer to vote for the Lib Dems but, with regret, may end up tactically voting for Labour.
As bad as Corbyn is (and i really do think he's a terrible leader), I do believe he has respect for the core principles of our country (well, he doesn't like the 'Monarchy' part, but he's not about to abolish it).
I think Johnson, on the other hand, has contempt both for Parliamentary Sovereignty and the Rule of Law. For that reason, I believe Boris is the more dangerous to our country.
And, misguided as I think he may be at times, I do believe Corbyn genuinely believes he is acting in the interests of the majority of our society. Boris, on the other hand, is dishonest, self-serving and I think he views a lot of our society as 'useful idiots'.
Unfortunately, I think the Torries will be the largest party (carried home by fake news and incendiary soundbites). I hope it isn't with a majority.
