Before I get a flaming for eating maccys: I'm a fit, 30 YO woman who does serious cardio 4x a week, with strength training. I'm a healthy size 10-12. I limit sugar, I eat salads etc etc. You get the picture.

I've been out tonight for a wine or two, so I treated myself to some maccys nugs on the way home. I LOVE maccys nugs. I once had a nugs salad because I couldn't finish a share box so had them with salad the next day.

Someone has just told me to stop eating them on the tube as it's disrespectful. I can't work out if I have offended the skinny, the fat, the under privileged or the overprivileged.

I had BBQ sauce. It's not all over my face. I work really hard, I deserve these nugs.

I saw an ad for Dominos earlier that referred to something like 'time with the fam' and I had a bit of a rant about how 'fam' was one of the worst abbreviations I'd ever heard.

But mere hours later I'm introduced to 'nuggy nugs' and suddenly fam seems not so bad.

But to address the point, eating stuff like that on public transport is horrible, it makes the whole place stink.
