To think it is now inevitable that Scotland will become independent?

With brexit and the increasing move to the right wing, I think it is now just a matter of time until Scotland becomes independent.

Chocolate thinks that Scotland gets NHS subsidies from England - that's totally untrue. Scotland's NHS is devolved and our free prescriptions are funded by our own taxes. You could have them in England as well if the Conservatives decided it was a reasonable way to spend your taxes. And the same in Wales with Labour.

Bite the hand that feeds us, indeed. Do some research. Nobody believes that Scotland is subsidised any more. Even the BBC last year had to apologise on air for making misleading statements on "Scotland's debt" and had to confirm that the figure was made up of WM's borrowing and spending that was then allocated to Scotland - not Scotland's government overspending on things.
