I absolutely love the name Reuben but my friends little boy has this name :( Is there anything similar anyone can think of? I quite like Arlo but i'm hearing it a lot now too. I find out what I'm having in a few weeks and if its a boy i'm totally stumped! I already have a little girl, i have so many girls names to use but not one for a boy!

Rudy, Otto, Beau, Willem - all finalists on my names list for my son 2 years ago. We went with Otto (as did half of South London it seems)

I am also of the same thinking that I prefer unusual/unique/less popular names.

Current boys names that I like are:

Roman
Lorenzo
Jesse
Ezra
Eden

(None of which we will be using because we have found out we're having a girl)

None of which I would consider 'stupid' or made up. I personally prefer the fact that my child isn't one of ten.... in their class.

Names are subjective and a very personal thing Smile

My current fave name is Arlo. But I know it’s getting more popular. Also like Milo, Jude, Jed, Nate.

Edmund.
Make sure it goes with your surname and isn't hard for people where you live to pronounce.

Don't take any notice of wierd comments, it's a problem they have, nothing to do with you.

How about Robin. It's a cool name.
