To think giving a young child have a cold shower as a punishment isn't acceptable

The SJs have said they give their children cold showers as a punishment, and there's evidence to suggest this has been going on for years (in video I'll post below). All the 2 year old did was take out poo from her nappy when she was in her cot. Isn't this expected if she's potty training and is uncomfortable in bed?

They've deleted the video (a copy is below) and said it wasn't cold and just lukewarm and deleted and blocked anyone that questions them.

Is this a normal punishment for anyone else? Lots of their fans are thanking them for a good idea!?

Absolutely not normal. Honestly m I can’t imagine anyone doing this and really thinking it would be an appropriate way to teach a lesson, they must get some kind of kick out of this. Very worrying.

They're multi millionaires from doing adverts with brands about patenting. Yet have shown loads of times that they're awful parents and never admit when they've done something wrong.

Right, ok apologies then but there has been a weirdo on here in the past week constantly starting threads about cold showers as punishment, sometimes several a day. One included all the details about the poo in the bed but didn’t mention this family.

I been reading about this pair for a few days and I’m disgusted that they thought this was an acceptable way to treat a small child let alone to share it with millions of people.

The poor kids look terrified of the shower. Drenching your children in cold water as a method of punishment is abuse.
Vile. Deserve to have each and every child remove from their care.

Ah no worries, didn't know there had been similar posted here but not on this family. Smile

It would really annoy me if MN deleted this, those people chose to share this and they need to address it not just delete, block and pretend it didn't happen.

@InkedGreen. Most threads have been pulled on it so far. Though to be fair I think a few were started by PBPs and the wording was very weird and disturbing. At the same time, MN could be afraid of legal action.

The family have posted videos about being subject to investigations by police and social services before this. Comments have already been deleted on other sites and apparently legal action threatened. I’d advise people who are concerned to report it to the relevant authorities and to be careful.

Eek I hope my wording wasn't weird, I'm just annoyed with them sweeping it under the rug.

I don't believe there is a police investigation otherwise they would have never done a video on it.

@InkedGreen there isn’t currently a police investigation about this event but there was about previous events. The police turned up at the family home following allegations when one of the babies was a newborn. The family say they are part of a targeted campaign by someone and tell about the police involvement here;
