To ask for your favourite gross thing to do?

What's your favourite thing that people consider gross but you love doing?

Do you take ultimate joy in cleaning a plug hole? Is clearing your gutters the most satisfying feeling? Is it getting your ear wax out that makes you happy?

For me, it's plucking out ingrown hairs. I love doing this and at least twice a week take tweezers to my legs and dig them all out. Some think it's disgusting, I find it incredibly satisfying. Plus, it annoys me to see them.

So what is your "thing" that makes you happy?

It’s not all that disgusting but I love cleaning the tumble dryer fluff filter.

I do it in secret, but plucking my tache and beard/chin hairs.

When dd is in bed and dh is watching sport in the other room or is on a late shift, out comes my magnifying mirror with lights on and my tweezerman's.

It's so damn satisfying.

I have an open pore near my chest bone , every few months I can give it a squeeze and a little bit of gunk comes out.

Squeezing a nice long thread of gunge out of my old belly button piercing. I let it build up over about six months then have at it.

@PositiveVibez That sounds like it'd be incredible to see the difference! I don't get chin hairs yet, but when I do I'll be plucking! @Kplpandd It seems I'm not alone with you both loving plucking too!

Squeezing spots/blocked pores, my boyrfriend had a few juicy ones on his shoulder on Thursday night, very satisfying to squeeze.

I have an old belly piercing but I don’t get anything as cool as that! Unfair!

@Mollyboboff and @Bezalelle Those both sound a bit grim, but I sort of can get it. I wouldn't leave gunk for six months though! Ewww.

I used to love picking off DS3's cradle cap. Could spend whole afternoons doing it!

He's 12 now and those days have long gone .

I get such grim satisfaction from pulling the hair out the shower plug.

I get awful spots on my fanjo so spend 10 mins a month with a mirror

I used to love denitting the kids hair with a comb and popping them dead with my fingernail. Soo sayisfying.

I love all these things.

I also love cleaning the outdoor dustbin.

I take amazing satisfaction from scratching insect bites to oblivion and then picking the scabs off for weeks. Which is probably why my limbs are covered in sad little white round scars.. just can't stop it though :( took everything I had to not pick off the chicken pox scabs from my kids!

I really love watching YouTube video's of people squeezing blackheads and popping spots.

I do love a good squeeze but don't get much of an opportunity these days.

You said gross, the rest of these are pretty tame and I don't eat it, just chew it

@HarrietSchulenberg Yes for the cradle cap! My DC had it and I loved picking it off when it went all soft!
