To find people's surnames that really don't fit their jobs funny

DH knows an accountant called Mr Crook, I always giggle when he mentions him as I still find the name funny after all these years, apparently he's got a very serious personality and doesn't like anyone joking about the name, to be fair he's probably heard them all by now! Separately, our old neighbour was a baker and his name really suited his job as he was actually a Mr Baker! Do you know anyone with a surname that either does or doesn't fit their profession?

DH is a scientist. He had a colleague named Mr Crapper, who subsequently changed his name.

I know a Mr Burns who is a firefighter

Also worked with a Mr Pratt who was, in fact, a pratt.

I know a Mrs Cross who's a teacher, and famed for her endless patience. She is literally never cross, and her class love her for it.

I used to work for a Credit Union and I can't remember where this fella worked, but he was something to do with detecting money laundering and his name was Nick Money 😂.

It's called nominative determinism.

I always like the fact that there's an Apple employee named Sam Sung. Well, there was at any rate. He might have changed job since I suppose.

Ex boyfriend's family were into horses, and the owner of the farm they liveried at was Mr Farmer. Used to tickle me no end

I had a smear this week with the nurse miss crack

Our local village bobby until quite recently was called PC Crooks.

I did have a good giggle at speaking to an IFA called Sarah Connor.

My Doctor many years ago was Dr. Pain. Always loved that.

I know an oncologist called Dr. Graves and an orthopaedic surgeon called dr ward!
My mum is a bank/ mortgage manager she’s called... Mrs Rich

Spotted in a phone book showing my age many years ago; a Dentist called Mr. Payne. (There was another called Dentith)

When I was in labour with ds2, the dr attending me was called Dr Killer.

Same as a couple of pp above, my midwife was Mrs Payne.

Gardener called Doug (short for Douglas not Dougal, so Dug, for anyone that isn't familiar with older names).

There was a dentist in my area called Mr Gilfillan. Also a urologist called Dr Burns-Cox!

When I was in secondary school the head of the IT department was Mr Hacker and the head cook in the canteen was Mrs ovens!

There used to be a urologist at my local hospital called Dr Dick. I’ve also been seen by a Dr Bliss and Dr Kwak

This poor bloke. One hopes the email address format at his place of work isn't initial.surname!

My kids had a music teacher called Miss Dance, and her initials were CD.
