I love how we're all different and I'd love to see how different our body types are.

I had a nasty shock this morning as I stepped on the scales and found out I weigh 74kg - the heaviest I've ever been!

I'm petite at 5'2" and I'd say I'm a curvy size 10. I have a big bum/legs from training and I strangely have a small waist but big hips and excess fat on my tummy.

I suffer from endometriosis so I do struggle to lose weight but I wondered how we all compare and if you have any healthy lifestyle tips.

I workout roughly 3-5 times per week and this is a combination of jogging, dance, weight session and cardio machines.

I am hoping to TTC next year and I an anxious of how much weight I may put on.

I'm 5ft 7 and about 9st 6 usually.
Wear 10-12 depending on where I shop. Don't exercise really. I eat too much cheese 😁

ColdTattyWaitingForSummer · 24/06/2019 12:47

@WeirdCatLady well done!! Flowers

tillytoodles1 · 24/06/2019 12:49

I'm 5'5", slim legs and no bum, fat stomach with no visible difference between waist & hips, I weigh 12st5lbs. I'm a 14 bottoms and 20 top, so I never wear dresses.

JaneyGotAGun · 24/06/2019 12:54

I’m 5ft 7 and weigh 11st 9 and a size 14-16 but I’m doing Slimming World and have lost almost a stone so far.
Body shape is apple, I carry most of my excess weight around my middle

z0fl0ra · 24/06/2019 13:00

I’m about 5’4 58kg and a size 8, I am heavy for my height but a lot of it is muscle, a lot of people say I’m too skinny but this is the perfect size for me I wouldn’t be to be any bigger although I have a big bum and fairly small boobs

stopgap · 24/06/2019 13:05

5’7, 8.5 stone and an ectomorph. I lift a lot of weights to give my body a bit of shape.

Justonedayatatime11 · 24/06/2019 13:07

5ft 7 and 57kg. No boobs, no bum and starting to get wobbly thighs and tummy. My diet is appalling and exercise non existent but thinking that may have to change Sad

ChristinaMarlowe · 24/06/2019 13:07

5"7 and currently 13st 6lb at 8.5 months pregnant. I was 13st 3lb when I conceived and the fattest I've ever been - hoping I'll be a fair bit lighter a month after the birth! I'm wearing a size 16 in dresses and trousers (normal not maternity, Just hiked down trousers under the bump) and a size 16 maternity in tops. Definitely going to keep up the healthy lifestyle after and try and get back to my old size 10-12!

CynthiaRothrock · 24/06/2019 13:08

4ft11.5
7st7lb
Size 4-6 waist but have chunky legs. Size 8-10 top but no bust! Flatish tummy and small bum. But have broad shoulders. I look like a muscly /toned 13/14 yr old. ( except my wrinkles are starting to give mt age away)
My job has my lifting and carrying alot and easily do 20k steps before lunch. I also work out/ coach kids 2times a week (so not full on excercise but im still active and moving around) .

TheTitOfTheIceberg · 24/06/2019 13:13

I'm 5'9", somewhere around 11 st 7lb give or take a pound either way, and wear anything from a 12 to a 16 depending on style/cut and which shop it's from. I'm a classic pear, smallish of boob and carry most of my excess weight on my hips and thighs, although I am developing a bit of middle aged spread on the stomach area.

I did lose two stone but about a stone of that has crept back on again over the last few months Sad I really need to do something about it again.

vampirethriller · 24/06/2019 13:14

5"10, 15 stone, lost 3 stone since Xmas. I want to lose another two. I'm all bum and boobs with muscly legs.

PinkGlitter123 · 24/06/2019 13:15

5'3 and about 7 stone 12. Boyish and flatchested figure 😐

dancemom · 24/06/2019 13:16

These threads always amaze me!

I'm 5,4, weigh 10 stone 10 currently or 68kg and I wear a size 8 or age 13-14 clothes.

I have muscular bum and thighs but some midriff fat.

Ideally I'd like to weight 9 stone 9 or 61kg, that's my happy weight but ironically I'm the exact same clothes size at both these weights 🤷🏻‍♀️

EleanorAbernathy · 24/06/2019 13:17

5'3 and a half, 8 stone 12, a bit top heavy with big boobs and skinny legs. Size 8-10, more of a 10 on top and 8 on the bottom.

AIBU to ask how much you weigh and your body type.
Pinkmouse6 · 24/06/2019 13:19

5 foot 7, 14 stone. Had a baby a few months ago so that’s my excuse Wink. Breastfeeding doesn’t make me magically lose weight for some reason... I’m an hourglass and currently a size 16.

PinkGlitter123 · 24/06/2019 13:21

Oh meant to add, I'm a size 8-10. I have ulcerative colitis so my stomach is always bloated and so it's normally a 10 waist size

Houseonahill · 24/06/2019 13:26

5ft3 8stone 8. Average build. After years of battling an eating disorder I'm really proud of my weight and my boobs because it's the first time I've had any.

Zurisee · 24/06/2019 13:26

I'm 51kg, 158cm (which is 8st and 5'3")

I'm a size 6 for dresses and tops but size 8-10 for jeans, trousers etc.

Before I lost weight after my second baby, I was 56kg or more, I wore size 8 for dresses, 10 for tops, and 10-12 for jeans!

I think part of the huge discrepancy in weight Vs dress size on this thread is proportions. I always wore small dress sizes because my back and shoulders are very small and even if I put a lot of weight on, it would not be in those areas, and that's where dresses and tops fit. If we did this thread by jeans size people might have different responses again.

tisonlymeagain · 24/06/2019 13:29

Had my booking appointment with the midwife this weekend. Weighed in at 69kg heaviest I've ever been. I am 5ft 2 and firmly in Size 14. Surprised that we're similar @Butterflyone1 and yet different dress sizes.

Also considered "obese" by the NHS.

Sweetdisposition91 · 24/06/2019 13:36

5 ft 7, 10 stone 3, wear a size 10, would like to lose a stone!

Well done WeirdCatlady that really is a fantastic weight loss.

ambereeree · 24/06/2019 13:37

I think dress size is confusing. A size 10 ilin warehouse is not a 10 in M&S. I'm 5 foot 7 and weigh 9 stone 4lbs and wear size 10 trousers and size 12 top- both mango sizes. My waist is 26 and my hips are slim but my large chest makes me look too heavy.

Amelia910 · 24/06/2019 13:38

Pregnant atm but pre pregnancy 5'4, 12 stone, pear shaped, small upper body/boobs, little tummy and big bum/hips/thighs. Gym four times a week (mostly weight training) Funny that I was technically overweight but never felt so!

Amelia910 · 24/06/2019 13:40

Sorry meant to say size 10-12 in tops and dresses. 36-30-44

ambereeree · 24/06/2019 13:40

@Sweetdisposition91i like your outfit. I'm assuming you're quite young as I saw a lot of young women wearing high waist trousers and crop tops at the park yesterday.
