I love how we're all different and I'd love to see how different our body types are.

I had a nasty shock this morning as I stepped on the scales and found out I weigh 74kg - the heaviest I've ever been!

I'm petite at 5'2" and I'd say I'm a curvy size 10. I have a big bum/legs from training and I strangely have a small waist but big hips and excess fat on my tummy.

I suffer from endometriosis so I do struggle to lose weight but I wondered how we all compare and if you have any healthy lifestyle tips.

I workout roughly 3-5 times per week and this is a combination of jogging, dance, weight session and cardio machines.

I am hoping to TTC next year and I an anxious of how much weight I may put on.

Body type: apple. Large rib cage too. All excess weight goes to the torso. Absolutely hideous if I’m overweight so I don’t allow myself to be. Decent legs and some muscle. Not much shape so for me the choice is - a barrel on two twigs or looking like a teenage boy😂

5’4” 9st 6 measurements 38-30-38. I’m in my 40s so extremely happy with this. I do low carb,16:8, small amounts of cardio as I hate it. I lift weights plus I do gymnastics.
Dress sizes though don’t mean anything any more. By my measurements I’m a 12 but in the high street I’m an 8/10.🤷‍♀️

5ft 5 and 8 stone 6. I was almost 10 stone at the start of the year but have been eating healthy and exercising regular to lose the weight. Ideal weight is 8st which is what I’m aiming for. That will be my pre children weight. Wear a size 8. I have small boobs and waist and when I put on weight it tends to go to my thighs and bum

5'8, 78-ish kgs, pear shaped size 8-10 on top and 12-14 on the bottom. all depends on type of clothing, which shop, which fabric, etc etc. I am about half a stone above the top end of my healthy BMI scale, and as I lose the weight the disparity between my top and bottom half will likely increase. (Meaning: I always lose the boobs before bum Hmm)

Pear shaped.
50+ but do lots of exercise
Hard work when meno hits & the battle against gravity gets tougher.

I'm 5 ft and weigh about 8, 6. Size 10. Look better as an 8 but I do love food! Happiest at 8 stone or a bit under. Walk 10,000 steps or more most days, dabble in short runs and go to gym 2 - 3 times a week.
I have big thighs and used to be a pear but have a bigger tum and boobs post 2 kids.

Shout out to any fellow apples - a rant!!

I reckon I could carry a stone extra weight if I were a pear or hour glass because curvy bum/hips/thighs/boobs don’t look unsightly to me provided the waist is small
whereas an extra stone on my stomach would be VILE and look like a beer gut

5fy 2in 60kg, size 10 top and 14 bottom! But I have next to no muscle really and I'd say I've been left one of those 'skinny fat' people after have 2 kids In one year! (10 and a half months apart)
Wouldn't mind weighing more if it meant I was toned :)

I'm 5'7 and 11.7st and carry all my weight on my top half - I've got 34H boobs and a tummy but my legs are like sticks 🙈🙈

5ft 2.5, size 6-8, 50 kg. I am inverted triangle shape (broad shoulders for my size), and am a regular runner, so pretty toned, I eat accordingly, mostly keep to plan but weaknesses are crisps and chocolate.

I'm 5'11", weigh 67kg and pear shaped. I have a tiny waist but wide hips. I do yoga, weight train and run so I'm nicely toned/muscled. Still wish I had narrower hips, though!

So interesting!
Im 5ft 2in, 54kg, Size 10.
No boobs or bum, narrow hips, broad back and shoulders, muscly legs and a bit of a tummy some days. I lost 4.5st and have kept it off for 18mths. I've gained 2 or 3 kg since exercising more but clothes tell me I'm smaller so I guess that's muscle weight. My mood is governed by those numbers on the scales though!

Just goes to show that weight is not a reliable mesaure of anything!
I'm approx 10 stone (don't weigh myself too often), I have broad shoulders and am a fairly traditional hourglass shape, although the older I get the more I find it hard to keep weight off my midriff!

Ideally I'd probably lose about half a stone & shift some of the tummy flab.
I usually wear a size 12, sometimes a 10 on top.

5 foot 10, 19 stone
size 20 on the bottom,
24 on the top.
Two years ago I went from 20 stone to 16.5 stone. Size 18.on the bottom size 24 on the top.

Im a size 10, 5 foot 9, clothing size 8-10 and hour glass shape.
I run every nite and go to gym 3 days a week.

Its harder work to stay trim now im almost 40

I’m 5ft 5”, a size 8-10 and I weight 9 stone 10lbs. I’m an hourglass. I’m 45 and peri m.

I do a form of yoga every day (rocket, ashtanga or yin depending on how I’m feeling), HIIT with weights four times a week, I walk the dogs every day and I ride once or twice a week. I eat a plant based diet and only drink alcohol on Friday / Saturday

5 foot 5. Just under 15 stone and a size 16. I have big thighs n huge boobs so a hourglass really :)
