I love how we're all different and I'd love to see how different our body types are.

I had a nasty shock this morning as I stepped on the scales and found out I weigh 74kg - the heaviest I've ever been!

I'm petite at 5'2" and I'd say I'm a curvy size 10. I have a big bum/legs from training and I strangely have a small waist but big hips and excess fat on my tummy.

I suffer from endometriosis so I do struggle to lose weight but I wondered how we all compare and if you have any healthy lifestyle tips.

I workout roughly 3-5 times per week and this is a combination of jogging, dance, weight session and cardio machines.

I am hoping to TTC next year and I an anxious of how much weight I may put on.

Height: 5 foot 2
Current weight 73kg
Size: whatever fits 😭
Current body shape: curvy with a beachball shoved up my top (8 months pregnant)

BiscuitDrama · 24/06/2019 11:43

I still can’t get how I can be 6” taller, 10kg lighter and a size bigger!
Where do you shop at, OP Smile

PinkDaffodil2 · 24/06/2019 11:48

Before pregnancy 5”10, 62kg, curvy size 10 bum, bit of chub on upper arms / thighs that never goes, otherwise quite slim / toned, slim rib cage, size 8/10 on top depending on the style / shop.
Now pregnant and ginormous Grin

AndSheWas85 · 24/06/2019 11:55

5ft 5"
7st 11lb
Small frame
Wear a size 8-10 depending on the shop,
Zara and Gap are great if you are on the smaller side, fitted and last a long time for a reasonable price. Zara jackets in particular are great for being a good fit and lasting forever.

ReturnofSaturn · 24/06/2019 11:56

5 foot 4, 54kg, size 10

QuimReaper · 24/06/2019 11:56

Are you black, OP? Black people often have higher bone density, I believe, which would account for a higher-than-expected scale weight.

pickledparsnip · 24/06/2019 11:58

12 stone 7, hourglass figure
Wear a size 14 (sometimes 12).
I don't wear trousers (imagine I'd be a 16 if I did due to large arse and hips)
34 F boobs.

I run 5k approx 3 times a week and walk lots. I'm a vegetarian with a serious weakness for booze, cheese and bread. Trying to reduce the carbs as I feel much better when I do.

PamelaPeaches · 24/06/2019 12:00

5ft 4, 52kg / 8st 2 and can’t get into my marks and spencer size 10 jeggings at the moment

Am petite and small boned, but it’s my waist that bumps my size up

champagneplanet · 24/06/2019 12:02

I'm 5ft7in, 11st, not sure on my shape, an apple I think as I don't have much of a waist. Size 14 (sometimes a 12 on top), big thighs and big boobs!

If I eat normally I stay this weight, if i'm really good I can lose about 5lb but then put it back on again. I try to walk where I can, very active running around after the kids but don't get the time i'd like to actually exercise.

BabCNesbitt · 24/06/2019 12:03

@Blueandredandblue You’re basically the same weight and height as me but I’m currently a 14-16! I do almost no exercise though. My bones must look like Crunchie bars Shock

LoubyLou1234 · 24/06/2019 12:12

5ft 5 by I don't weigh myself I do sit above 70kg though ( lasts weighted a few years ago) I'm very active and do cardio and weight/strength. I eat mostly healthily. I'm pear shaped with a good bum and thighs thanks to exercise I do.

I can be a 10 on top sometimes a 12. Skirts maxi dresses etc I can be a 10 or 12. Jeans are a nightmare due to the strong thigh and bum!
Every one of these threads end up the same way, 'oh how can you be the same size as me when I'm 20kg lighter' etc etc different bodies, different mass, muscle development and different lifestyles I suppose!

PolkadotLollipop · 24/06/2019 12:13

BabC, me too. I think it have bird bones

PolkadotLollipop · 24/06/2019 12:13

I not it Hmm

ColdTattyWaitingForSummer · 24/06/2019 12:17

I’m 5’3”, and weigh around 8 stone (give or take, and varies though my cycle). I wear between a size 6 and 10, depending on the store. I’m pretty petite in build, and any weight gain seems to land on my belly. Also pretty unfit as I can’t really exercise due to my disability.

Dontbugmemalone · 24/06/2019 12:19

I am 5ft and weigh about 54kg.

I have a strange body shape, I have a small back and shoulders, large chest, wide waist, small-ish hips and enormous thighs.
I currently am a size 10 on the bottom and normally 8 on tops depending on how it's fits on my chest.
I haven't exercised for 2 months but I was quite fit before.

happycactus · 24/06/2019 12:22

@MonstranceClock

*I'm made of lead. I weigh about 3 stone more than I look like I do

5ft4, size 10, 13 stone!*

What?! I'm 5ft 8, 13 stone, size 16!

Whatisthisfuckery · 24/06/2019 12:23

5.2 and 63 kilos, or 9.13 in old money. I’m big up top if ya get my drift, small ass but average in the hips. I’m a size 10-12. I’m quite thick set in the skeleton so going below about 9.5 stone makes me look gaunt. I’m quite content with my body, although my belly is a bit wobbly. Not too much though so meh.

Alloftit · 24/06/2019 12:28

5’8”, 12st 7lbs, size 12. Could do with losing a stone but I can’t really be bothered. Big boobs, big hips/bum and small waist.

RingtheBells · 24/06/2019 12:28

5’10”. 11 stones, size 14, big boned and broad shoulders, fairly straight up and down shape

KnittingForMittens · 24/06/2019 12:39

5ft, 10st 7lb. I'd say I'm pear shaped, I've got a large bum and thighs. I'm currently doing the 5:2 to shed a couple of stones.

KnittingForMittens · 24/06/2019 12:40

Oh and I'm a size 14.

WeirdCatLady · 24/06/2019 12:41

I’m delighted to say that today I am 5’7” and 15 stone 5, size 16.

I know that’s very overweight to most, but 18 months ago I was a size 24/26 and weighed 21 stone 6. Today I’m celebrating six stones lost (done the old fashioned way of eating less and moving more) Grin

WeirdCatLady · 24/06/2019 12:41

Oops forgot body shape, I’m fairly curvy but no longer a giant barrel 😂

Highandlow · 24/06/2019 12:42

5ft 4, size 10/12 and weigh 58 kg. I am rectangle shape /athletic. Small boobs/flatish tummy with thick thighs.

thenewaveragebear1983 · 24/06/2019 12:45

I'm 5'7, 10.5, size 8 and quite toned. I have muscular legs from running and I'm beginning to get some definition on my arms now from weights. I have quite a toned stomach underneath except I gave had 3 giant babies and 2 c sections so I have the delightful loose layer of skin and awful crepey stretch marks. I have pretty much zero bust as well so my top half looks quite thin. I genuinely don't know if I like my body or not, but I know I like it better like this than when I was 3 stone heavier, so I currently keep up the fitness regime and diet.
