To ask about your OH’s hobby...

So many threads have husbands / partners off doing their unidentified hobby. AIBU to ask what are these mysterious pursuits that our menfolk do?

Mine goes fishing...

PlayStation

War hammer

Watching cricket and rugby.

Cricket and triathlon...we work well spending time apart - it’s a good job! 😂

Motorbikes- riding, restoring and researching.

Watching Car & Motorbike YouTube channels.

We watch & go to MotoGP together, we both really enjoy it, so that's not really just his hobby.

Cricket here as well and ds sometimes plays for the seniors as well.
I love home matches as i can pop down to watch our team bat but skip out when we are bowling. Away games are usually far flung so if i go i am in it usually for the whole 7 hours .
I have invested in lots of reading materials for such circumstances

Writing factual books, which always get good reviews and no sales. I’ve suggested trashy novels might sell but nope, another factual book requiring extensive research and making zero money is the thing.

Collecting vinyl......so many bloody records.... Fortunately they and the stereo are confined to one room.

Mine plays football, watches Netflix (only the shows with no appeal to me at all) and likes PS4. He also likes Bath and Bodyworks shopping. He goes to the toilet a lot. I deem this a hobby. He goes to the gym and likes to talk a lot about maybe going vegan. He also likes to buy the latest technology and researches this constantly.

Does the wife of the awesome batman guy want to swap for a bit?

This year it's learning to fly.

Takes up just as much time as it would if he were a MAMIL 😡

Mine goes fishing once in a blue moon. I'm encouraging him to go at least once a month. We both need a break from daily monotony so I think it'll do him good.

Mine cooks (lucky me hes very good at it) he also takes things apart and puts them back together. DIY seems to be a sort of ongoing hobby for him, handily the house is falling down round our ears so it keeps him occupied.
