If you want to live in an authoritarian state where speech and thought and opinion are controlled, fine. You have no right to decide what others should listen to, what others want to say and what others want to think. Rights do not exist in a vacuum. The right to free speech can be limited if objectively justified. Avoiding incitement to violence is such a justification. She's "joking" about a very serious act of violence, acts which do happen in real life (increasingly) and about specific, real people ie politicians. I am not surprised she is being investigated.
