Hi I'm just curious. I wondered how common it is for kids to go to a and e and for what reason?

I've been speaking to a lot of mums today and it seems to happen a lot more than I thought.

My sister was accident prone; suffered regular prolonged nosebleeds (necessitating cauterisation) stood on a darning needle, which broke; looked up at some scaffolding and got a lump of grit in her eye; and one which wasn't her fault, had her elbow hit by a car door which swung open as it drove by. Oh, and fell on an icy slope and took all the skin off one side of her face. It's a wonder no-one called SS.
