Is it off a tv show called Zzzap? It’s what immediately came into my head (I remembered the cartoon sketches but I showed my husband and he immediately said zzzap which corresponds with what I was thinking

It putd me in a mind of a rather strange sanitary towel advert from the ninties where the pads had wrappers so fancy, they were being worn as jewellery Confused. I don't think that's it, but it was my first thought.

There's a psychological study that apparently shoes that if something is on the tip of your tongue, you actually have no idea. I can't reference it but my lecturer told me during my psychology degree so I think it's reasonably factual.

To me it looks like a leisure centre print I seem to remember. Late 80s early 90s. I wasn't born until the latter part of the 80s so I think it must be early 90s.
