What are people’s views on this. It’s the middle of the night, DP has number two then comes back to bed completely naked. I find this unhygienic. I would never do that, would at least put a pair of pants on and defo have a mini shower (of private area) if sex was on the cards.
Am I being silly or does anyone else find the action gross?! Love him to bits but I don’t like when he does this at all

It's quite common for either of us to have a poo directly before getting into bed and then immediately having sex... Funnily enough we tend not to involve the anus in that, and feel far more comfortable for sex having an empty bowel.

If timing is that irregular and it seems that messy my advice is to get him to GP. There are things that can be done to help IBS etc ...perhaps look at diet?

While I don't support cartwheels shower requirements one bit , my friend works in a hotel popular with old people, she often finds a line of skid on the mend side of the bed as he has shuffled forward 😟
I still think fully functioning adults can wipe properly and there is no need for showers or wet wipes that cause fatbergs/ fill landfill. Wipes should be banned

She goes in daily, she's ahousekeeper, the men s clothes are on that side. I'm sure the odd lady does it too

If you need to wipe several times, shower or use wet wipes then you probably have a problem with your diet. I cut right down on refined carbs and now (usually) find that the toilet paper is perfectly clean even on the first wipe.
