To report this man trying to kiss me at the bus stop

I'm 35, waiting at the bus stop when a young man comes along and asks me about bus times, get into a conversation and I say I'm going home as I have 2 kids and he says he is an actor, he starts showing me his insta as my bus arrives, I say goodbye and he gets me in a kind of headlock and "kisses" me. I'm like "get the fuck off me" and run to get on the bus. Presumably there will be cctv. Naively I thought I was too old for this fucking shit.

I suppose I put it like that as it was so aggressive and non consensual that it felt weird to call it a kiss.

Well done for reporting it. As an example of why it’s important for other women - please don’t assume this is what may have happened at all - I was once flashed early on a Sunday morning on the street where I live. For some reason I thought ‘this is t something I’m going to ignore’ even though I have with similar in the past.
I phoned 111. Within 5 mins I was bundled into a police car to do a lengthy drive-round trying to spot him. Officers said he matched description of recent rape in neighbourhood (which I had known nothing about).
It’s also important to report for policing and funding reasons.

When I was about 19 I worked as a carer going to peoples homes, one Sunday morning after doing a breakfast call walking to the next call, my shoe broke. I rang my boyfriend who was in bed to drop me off some shoes, I sat in a bus stop in the empty town centre waiting. A van passed me, slowed down to look at me, then proceeded to park his van on the car park behind me and start to come over to me. my boyfriend appeared round the corner in his car, the man ran back to his van and sped off so fast his wheels were skidding. Scary stuff. We reported it even though nothing actually happened.
