To Ask for a Handhold?

Posting here for traffic really. I'm sitting in a hospital waiting room having just coming put of my second mammogram in 10 days. I was called back for extra images because they found some calcifications in one breast. I'll be called in for an ultrasound shortly. Bloody terrified. My dsis has just come thru breast cancer. Wonder am I next.

Hope it turns out to be nothing, but if it is something, at least it's been picked up early and treatment can start.

Thank you all...I came alone because DH is with the kids. As soon as I posted I was called in for the ultrasound but it was cut short because they can't see much at all. They're going to give me a local anaesthetic and try to do a biopsy guided by the mammogram machine. She said they'd insert some markers too but I think I need some more clarification on that bit.

I don't know if this helps but when I had a biopsy they told me they are over 80% benign. Good luck
