Think its honestly the worst parcel company in the UK! Had 2 parcels, 1 was suppose to be delivered to a neighbour, 1 through the letter box! They were both put in my bin and weren't there when I got back from a weekend away 🙄

Returned a parcel with Hermes 48 hour on the 26th and the company still haven't received it !! Whats a fuc*ing joke !! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Our Hermes delivery driver is great. Always smiling, always leaves a delivery slip with our parcel if I'm out. Puts it in our safe place.

I think the only company I have had (repeated) difficulty with is Yodel.

I've never had an issue with Hermes in over 400 parcels dispatches.. Somewhat of an over reaction OP, to close an entire company down and make all its employees redundant because you're having issues with its customer service.

@IAmTheChosenOne well if they cant even give an answer on were a parcel is that they have collected what good are they? Its been over a week now and still not further with them! They even tried to blame the shop when the tracking clearly says its been collected

My latest Hermes disaster was they left a parcel "in my specified safe place" - trouble was, I hadn't specified a safe place, because I was waiting in for the delivery. They never knocked the door, instead left it next to my wheelie bin, in full view of the street, in the pouring rain. The card was posted through but was stuck between the front and back of the brushes in the letter box, so I didn't know they had been. By the time I found the card, it was night time, and the parcel was ruined - as i picked it up, it disintegrated. I was so angry!

No problem with Hermes, but Yodel!! They've lobbed parcels over our garden wall to smash on the paving stones below.
