What do you call the ends of your bread?

Following on from another post ... What do you call the end of a loaf? I've always called it the heal .... Everyone I know calls it a crust... Is there any more?

Crust if pre-sliced. Heel or end if a fresh loaf.

If a baguette, we call them the "end tegs" but crust otherwise.

Ha ha @ daddy's bit it's definitely mummy's in this house Grin @ KeyboardCat . The outsider and as for knobbies? Confused.. I've no idea where I picked up heel from

Never seen us as ‘heal’ before.
Isn’t heel a reference to the end but, as in your leg/heel?
