For things that are agreed as gospel on MN

I'll start: I like dressing my kids in matching outfits and I really enjoy a Butlins holiday

I also don't think Nevaeh is that bad

OP posts:

@vampirethriller I love Benidorm - what's wrong with it - are we massively uncool liking it?
Also I don't find friends remotely funny, they're all incredibly irritating.

managedmis · 22/04/2019 21:20

Conscription should be compulsory for teens who don't know what they're doing /which vocation to choose

managedmis · 22/04/2019 21:20

Oh yeah, and the UK needs to revolt. Soon.

TerryWogansWilly · 22/04/2019 21:20

If you have dire SPAG i will judge you

If you have dire SPAG I will judge you .

Non resident parents who don't pay child support shouldn't be allowed to see their children. It's neglect.

Marriedwithchildren5 · 22/04/2019 21:23

I had a natural child birth and im really proud of myself!

LunaLunitaLunera · 22/04/2019 21:24

If you eat meat you are a selfish piece of shite.

They don't deserve it and they suffer no matter what you tell yourself.

Teaching is not the hardest job ever,it’s really not. It’s not as arduous as it’s made out

serii · 22/04/2019 21:25

Dogs are a shit idea in a normal, domestic home.

Dirty and dangerous, what's the point?

JazzyBBG · 22/04/2019 21:26
  • not every child with issues has ADHD
  • Ikea is shit
  • co-sleeping is dangerous at worst and forms bad sleep habits at best
  • stones on driveways/over grass looks cheap and nasty
  • log burners do not suit modern houses
  • people who don't work are rarely truly "busy" despite their protestations, just consumed
  • you aren't posh just because you describe where you live as being in a "shire"

I like Ricky Gervais

Teresa May is the best prime minister we’ve had for a long, long time

Being a SAHP is not as tiring as being a working parent

People who have a lot of money should not be expected to feel guilty about it

mbosnz · 22/04/2019 21:28

A lot of people who would think of themselves as being enlightened and educated are one thread away from being absolute bigots.

C8H10N4O2 · 22/04/2019 21:29

So we have had some Markle bashing, excused paedophiles, called half the country racists, sterilised the unemployed and sent unemployed teenagers into the military - we must be close to full Godwin and deletion of the thread for NITS.

Just like all the other repeating "lets voice our non PC opinions bravely behind a pseudonym" threads.

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 22/04/2019 21:30

I wanted boys, I dreaded having a girl... Luckily I have two sons 😊

I think you should be married before having children. Unpopular, I realise...

Sparklingbrook · 22/04/2019 21:30

I am surprised it's got to 7 pages TBF.

IceCreamAndCandyfloss · 22/04/2019 21:31

Both should, not just one.

AlaskanOilBaron · 22/04/2019 21:32

Tattoos are grim.

Blended families generally suck for the older kids involved.

TerryWogansWilly · 22/04/2019 21:33

One does not need to "rtft" to answer an AIBU. It's not important. Aibu isn't important. If you have "invested your time" in it and are offended by me not rtft you need to step back and consider your life.

There’s no “the one” it’s a social construct and romantic hankie waving bs

TheFairyCaravan · 22/04/2019 21:34

Disaffected youths should have to be signed up for the military for 1 or 2 years.

Absolutely not. My husband (and me) has brought up our children to be hardworking, law abiding young men; one of whom has followed his footsteps into the military. It's not his job to parent the rest of the world's kids because their parents couldn't be arsed.

vampirethriller · 22/04/2019 21:34

@Moondancer73 usually on here people would rather pickle their own eyeballs than go to Benidorm.

AlaskanOilBaron · 22/04/2019 21:34

Teresa May is the best prime minister we’ve had for a long, long time

LOL

JacquesHammer · 22/04/2019 21:34

That you can tell just from a title which MN posters will respond and how they will.
