. . . in saying there are two lines on this test?!

IVF cycle 4, on day 4 after a beautiful hatching blast transfer so early to be testing. I have an achey lower back, sore boobs, twinges and cramps but I know from bitter experience it's probably just the progesterone talking.

But . . . look! Two lines, right? Faint, but there? I'm so hopeful this is it, this is our baby!

I'm not crying, YOU are!! sniff

I'm late to this post, but could someone tell me if I'm not imaging the lines on this test. I had a misscarry in June and haven't had a period but all the symptoms have arrived again, unsure if its period (I have PCOS and not regular period!) Or pregnancy....
