. . . in saying there are two lines on this test?!

IVF cycle 4, on day 4 after a beautiful hatching blast transfer so early to be testing. I have an achey lower back, sore boobs, twinges and cramps but I know from bitter experience it's probably just the progesterone talking.

But . . . look! Two lines, right? Faint, but there? I'm so hopeful this is it, this is our baby!

Am having a little cry! I have no idea why given you are a stranger on the internet. But this is just marvellous! Keeping absolutely everything crossed that things continue beautifully. Flowers

How wonderful! Huge congratulations!

HavelockVetinari · 15/04/2019 19:10

Ah congratulations OP! As an IVF veteran I know how it feels (we've had 5 rounds, 1 DS, 1 mmc).

To be such a strong line so early is a really positive sign, could it have split and it be twins?? Shock

MidnightLavender · 15/04/2019 19:10

Yay congrats OP!
I’m sat here cuddling 4 week old DD who was a 5 day hatching blastocyst, it is the best feeling! Flowers

kittybee · 15/04/2019 19:10

Dear stranger on the internet, you don’t know me, but I am so thrilled for you. Despite being a single parent/having a poorly child/no sleep for over 24 hours/feeling like I need a week in the sun/desperately needing a shower; having children is the best thing in the world!! Congratulations!

loztredders · 15/04/2019 19:13

Congratulations! No denying all those positives now! Smile

elizalovelace · 15/04/2019 19:13

I can only see one line even when I blow the image up. Don't tests have a very faint second line in the background which goes pink if positive? Retest in a few days op and fingers crossed for you.

rainbowstardrops · 15/04/2019 19:16

Congratulations! I have my fingers firmly crossed for you! 🤞🏻
My niece has been trying for nearly two years ☹️

Osirus · 15/04/2019 19:17

Nothing beats the feeling of a positive after fertility treatment Grin.

Congratulations!!

Nairobe · 15/04/2019 19:44

Congratulations! Flowers

RedPandaFluff · 15/04/2019 19:47

Thank you, lovely strangers! I showed DH the digital test earlier and, bless him, I could see so many emotions pass over his face - the full joy-to-terror range! I think anyone who has struggled to conceive or keep a pregnancy will feel as much fear as they do happiness with a positive test. So we're happy . . . but cautiously so. And mindful of the millions more milestones ahead.

I really appreciate all the warm wishes - who said AIBU is a dark and scary place?! 😄

Congratulations, and I saw it from the first pics, definitely not a ‘squinter’. Blessings to you. X
