I have an online shop. Message below from a customer.

I cancelled and refunded her as I am obviously too stupid to post her item!! Cheeky Cow! Angry

Hi there. I'm ordering this for a master's degree project and would appreciate the most expedited shipping I can afford. Not that you could possibly know what that is, but I'm willing to pay a bit more to get it sooner if that's at all possible. Thanks!

Whoops, have you already sent her a rude message or could you pretend that you cancelled it accidentally whilst trying to get it shipped extra fast?

The poor woman obviously needs it really quickly, hope you can make up for your mistake. Maybe send it extra fast at the same price? She won't have any idea what's going on; she was trying to sound friendly and polite.

But - if you are the kind of person who always thinks everyone is out to get you/against you, you are literally looking for trouble everywhere. Even if there isn't any, you'll find it because you look at everything through that frame. That's not health for anyone, but it's disastrous for a business!

She's just phrased it badly. She meant that you wouldn't know what she could afford. Perhaps it would have helped if she'd explained how much that was.
