We're in the stressful and expensive process of moving house, next door have just sold for £170,000. We're on for less and have slightly less space and less than all agents suggested (165-170). But we're not selling!

Collective brain of the vipers nest is my next place for feedback - be as brutal as you like!

Good luck!

I’m about to put my house on the market, the photographer is coming to do the photos on Monday.

I was going to add the rightmove link on here to get people’s opinions and see if there was anything we could improve, but, you’ve taken a bit of a pasting so think I’ll reconsider!

Hopefully the work and effort you’ve put into this will generate some more interest.

By on here, I mean Mumsnet, not on your thread.

Puzzledandpissedoff · 05/04/2019 14:14

Absolutely fantastic job, OP - the conservatory in particular couldn't look more different

BloodyDisgrace · 05/04/2019 14:15

Fantastic!! Good luck, hope the improvement weren't too expensive an you get an offer soon.

Romax · 05/04/2019 14:15

Nailed it!

Well done

recrudescence · 05/04/2019 14:16

Nice job on both rooms. For the new EA photos, I think the blinds should be drawn.

78percentLindt · 05/04/2019 14:19

You have done a lovely job on the conservatory and dining room. I tend to look hard at EPC values. If the conservatory is the reason yours was a bit low it might be worth doing it again.

Baxdream · 05/04/2019 14:20

Amazing transformation!

I absolutely take my hat off to you. You took the feedback and worked with it.
You now have lovely useful rooms (I always liked your lounge so hoping that's not changed!)

Well done and good luck

SandunesAndRainclouds · 05/04/2019 14:24

The conservatory looks a million times better. It looks usable now, before it looked damp and uninviting. You’ve been working hard!

BarrenFieldofFucks · 05/04/2019 14:33

Awesome!

IvanaPee · 05/04/2019 14:43

Wow amazing difference!

StylishMummy · 05/04/2019 14:47

@Baxdream living room is unchanged but we have moved the coffee table that was blocking the log burner Grin

Excellent job. Draw those vertical blinds as well so they aren’t visible. Really well done. And good luck.
