Who should be the new James Bond.

I have started watching Turn Up Charlie. I think he would be great as Bond. Bit of a departure what with the East End accent and looking (struggling to say what I mean accurately here) . A bit rough around the edges looking rather than polished if you see what I mean. And yes. He is a non minger crush of mine😀! Or a woman. Suggestions?

I suggested Josh O’Connor upthread and he is still my no 1 choice but just thought of the young actor from The Informer tv series (with Paddy Considine) last year - Nabhaan Rizwan.

Sam Heughan for me should be bond, he's a great actor, tall, with the perfect physicality and very nice to look at. He's in the right age range too 38.

Domicic Cooper. He was excellent playing Ian Fleming. He has the look, the depth of character.... He can look sultry and smiley.. And has sense of humour.

Daniel Craig as bond has been as exiting as plain porridge oats.

Idris too old? Have you seen Sean Connery and Roger Moore?. No Hollywood Man is too old to be groping glamorous Bond 'girls'. Got it the wrong way round. Anyway, Idris would be ideal. Might even make a Bond film interesting.
