If you could only ever have one which would it be? I’m going for baby carrots. Disclaimer I’m not vegan or vegetarian, I just love veg

There are loads of vegetables I love, but cooked carrots have a special place in my stomach heart. Just boiled, not too soft, with a bit of butter, salt and pepper.

There's so many I love... lol. I think if I could only have one then it'll have to be parsnips. I love roasted parsnips, especially honey glazed.
