Extra thick double cream mixed with caster sugar in a bowl...heaven

IAteTheLastOne · 19/02/2019 17:43

Marzipan. In blocks.

genius1308 · 19/02/2019 17:44

Curry supernoodles between 2 slices of white bread.
Tomato sauce sandwiches with a generous layer of lurpak (thick enough to see your teeth marks in Wink).
Mashed potato made with clotted cream...actually clotted cream straight from the tub (I've eaten half a tub today Shock).

Slowknitter · 19/02/2019 17:44

Digestive biscuits spread thickly with philadelphia, with lime marmalade on top. They are like small, super speedy cheesecakes.

Doesntlooklikeanythingtome · 19/02/2019 17:45

Well done OP for making the daily list. It’s a good thread :) corn chips and sour cream is my soul food

RageAgainstTheVendingMachine · 19/02/2019 17:49

D'oh! Sorry lovely OP - I misread and thought thread had made the Daily Mail, given the feckers are always stealing off of here...the Mumsnet round-up thing is a different thing altogether. You go girl! Star Wink

Oh my god I have found my people 😂😂

Deathraystare · 19/02/2019 17:51

Made up smash with salad cream. MMMMMM.

Mummyoflittledragon · 19/02/2019 17:54

This thread has made me really hungry. I can’t drive atm. Had recent op. Just called dh to get me a Big Mac on the way home!!

My dirty habits are ice cream. Lashings of the stuff straight from the tub. Real penchant for fruitella right now. I used to love crisp sandwiches and crunching sugar cubes. Right now I’d love a mince pie and squirt cream. I haven’t just eaten some carrot and cheese me, oh noooooo! All very vanilla in comparison to some on this thread. I think my most daring combi was ready salted crisps with ketchup.

NannyKasey · 19/02/2019 17:56

I could quite happily live on Cheesy Wotsits, Godiva Eton Mess chocolate bars and Rose Wine for the rest of my life.
Absolutely no regrets Wink Grin

Hadsuchahardday · 19/02/2019 17:56

Spoonful of Nutella with spoonful of crunchy peanut butter. Just discovered it this week and it’s basically poor man’s Ferraro Rocher!!

FrangipaniBlue · 19/02/2019 17:57

Nutella straight from the jar.

I even have a special "Nutella spoon" that has a long handle to reach the bottom of the jar and I keep hidden for fear of it being accidentally misplaced stolen by DH or DS Blush

Londonmamabychance · 19/02/2019 17:57

Small glass of pure, full fact cream.
Peanut butter by the spoon.
All kinds of chocolate and cake.

FrangipaniBlue · 19/02/2019 17:58

I also enjoy nibbling on an oxo cube Confused

Clairaloulou · 19/02/2019 18:00

Just like to say thank you all that have contributed to my thread, from the vanilla to the downright sick, you're all fabulously brilliant GrinBiscuitBrewWineStarHalo

I live in France and instead of fresh croissants from the bakery I like cheap supermarket croissants that come in a bag of 12 and last about a month.

I also like eating alternate mouthfuls of salt and vinegar crisps and chocolate.

FrangipaniBlue · 19/02/2019 18:01

Loving that I've found my cello oxo cube munchers!!

I've been with DH for 21yrs and it's the one thing I'd NEVER let him know I do!!!! 🤣🤣

BettyDuMonde · 19/02/2019 18:01

Smash!

I love how carby most of these are. Makes me wonder how our consumption of our favourites would look plotted on a graph with our hormone cycles!

I’m fond of slovenly kettle cooking - a packet of paxo, only made as far as the part where you’d normally put it in the oven. Essentially it’s a stuffing pot noodle hybrid.

aspoonfulofyourownmedicine · 19/02/2019 18:02

Prawn cocktail crisp sandwiches - white bread, lurpak, crisps and mayo

Nutella straight from the jar - doesn't necessarily have to be on a spoon

Roasting pan meat juices & white bread

large bar of galaxy or dairy milk melted, poured over marshmallows (Princess pink & whites are the best) and eaten with a spoon

Tripe with salt and vinegar (thanks to my granda! and much to DH's digust!)

Letloose · 19/02/2019 18:03

Sponges. Washing up sponges don’t swallow just chew Wink

Tavimama · 19/02/2019 18:03

Not in secret: marmite and marmalade sandwiches or soft-boiled eggs with a spoonful of bovril in the yolk. In secret: shortbread fingers with either thick clotted cream or peanut butter on them, or left-over mash and black currant jam sandwiches.

Februarynow · 19/02/2019 18:04

I'm inviting you all to a buffet at mine this evening, bring a plate of food each. I'll provide the booze. Can you imagine a table spread with all these dishes...

I like kitkats dipped in salt.

Ravenesque · 19/02/2019 18:04

I used to eat sugar sandwiches when I was younger. Some friends have been horrified by this, but my god I used to love it. Someone said tomato sauce sandwich, I used to love having tomato sauce on toast and now that I'm thinking about it I might have to have one tonight.

Badouchka1 · 19/02/2019 18:04

Yes!! A fellow dipper of bread in the ‘spag sauce! I too do this, soak up the juices, sprinkle in salt and wolf down! Grin

BusySnipingOnCallOfDuty · 19/02/2019 18:04

Cake batter. Home made. Bit of vanilla flavouring in it.

As a teen I used to make icing in a tupperware tub and keep it under my bed and sneak it out at night time.

It is seriously no wonder I'm obese.
