Celery.

The tiniest slice ruins any meal. AIBU?

Do you have another suggestion?

You are so right Clevs, salad cream is gorgeous on chips. It makes the world a better place😄

cauliflowersqueeze · 17/02/2019 12:26

No no no.

Mayonnaise is what you’re looking for!

AdaColeman · 17/02/2019 12:31

No no, chips need mayonnaise!

fblake · 17/02/2019 12:54

Bananas 🤢🤮

Broad beans,
Fatty meat
Apples(no idea why I hate them, just don't like the taste or texture)
Parsnips
Lettuce
River fish (tastes like soil)

TrendyNorthLondonTeen · 17/02/2019 17:38

Mayonnaise is shit compared to salad cream. Oily flavourless slime!

user1479305498 · 17/02/2019 17:48

Ah I forgot raw celery and sweet corn, both yuk!! Although strangely I like celery cooked.

I like cooking and love Rosemary, Dill, Thyme, garlic, Sage, coriander, mint etc, I think with coriander or parsley it needs to be used sparingly and people get it wrong by drenching it in recipes, same with fennel. In fact I often find other people's meals including ready meals often pretty tasteless because I'm used to herbs and spice.

cauliflowersqueeze · 18/02/2019 11:15

Can we also specify sweetcorn in a sandwich. Yukkkkkkkk

Mayonnaise. Just why? disgusting white slime like phlegm. Utterly vile.

Bananas - literally make me puke. The stink of them... the slime....yeuch!

SoSaidTheHorse · 18/02/2019 11:26

I hate all Parmesan, Woolyheart. It tastes like vomit.

userschmoozer · 18/02/2019 13:53

Parmesan tastes like vomit that has been stored in a used sports sock.

PuppyMonkey · 18/02/2019 13:59

Said it before and will say it again, I’ll never understand why people put gravy on food and thus make everything taste of gravy. Yuck.

woollyheart · 18/02/2019 14:17

I quite like a chunk of Parmesan, but will accept that it has a strong smell.

Not as bad as cherry flavoured beer though- that really does smell like vomit.🤮

troubleswillbeoutofsight · 18/02/2019 14:29

Dried fruit of any description. Peel

wink1970 · 18/02/2019 14:35

Ha, I just had a lunch salad that had most of the above in it!

Don't really like Vanilla myself, and especially the smell of it.

Meretricious · 18/02/2019 15:49

Reading this thread I realise I eat almost anything. The only thing I find queeze inducing are whelks, oysters and sea urchin. I wonder if that's lack of familiarity.

userschmoozer · 18/02/2019 23:49

You forgot winkles. Nasty little bitter things.

AGHHHH · 18/02/2019 23:51

Onion

bert3400 · 18/02/2019 23:51

Sweetcorn in anything, I actually like it on its own but in salads 🤮
