AIBU to ask why on earth is the Duke of Edinburgh driving at the age of 97.

Presumably speed limit on that main road is 60 which is pretty fast, but legal.

My mother wears hearing aids and doesn't hear alarms in the car. Irrespective of his audiology history, the top and bottom of it is that he appears to be a cantankerous old man who thinks he can do whatever the hell he wants.

If anyone can find me defending him, please feel free to point it out. I summarised my objection to all the speculation and judgement earlier but it suits nobody's purpose to actually read anything that might actually challenge their opinion.
