By the way I am not for another Brexit referendum but I am seeing a lot about it on the news/social media and it got be wondering what everyone would vote if it did happen and what did you vote before? I voted remain and would vote remain again.

t really a true reflection of real life and I personally take the left wing bias on here with a pinch of salt!

I'm not left leaning

Voted remain and would do again

Limensoda · 14/01/2019 21:45

I would have changed my vote, but for the vitirol and abuse aimed at Leavers, now I feel like it would validate their behaviour towards and dismissal of folk like me

Of course there's been no vitriol and abuse aimed at remainders??!
I get abuse from Leavers all the bloody time!
Either way, ..not voting the way you believe is the right way because of some abuse is a pretty daft thing to do.

Shockers · 14/01/2019 21:47

I voted remain and would do again.

Quietrebel · 14/01/2019 21:47

*Also look at some of the large financial backers of the PV campaign. Are they really doing it for altruistic reasons?

Follow the money...*

Hilarious statement from a leaver. Think about what leave is doing to the country? Can you honestly, seriously say the LEAVE backers are doing it for altruistic reasons??

MaMaMaMySharona · 14/01/2019 21:47

I voted remain and still would given the chance, being that I don’t think we’re going to be better off out of the EU.

Saying that, I don’t want another vote as I feel it could cause huge problems within society and (although I think this of the original leave vote) I don’t want to unnecessarily throw the whole country under the bus.

What I’d like is for us to extend our leave date and work this all out logically. May going about telling people they HAVE to vote for her deal or the world will end (I may be ad-libbing here) is just ridiculous, dangerous and fucking stupid if I’m honest.

Do it properly, this is huge.

Justheretogiveaviewfrommyworld · 14/01/2019 21:48

Care to quote some of the 'abuse' Limen?

I can, thick, selfish, racist (My vote had nothing to do with immigration), bigoted, uneducated, gammon, clearly I want people to die,

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 14/01/2019 21:50

blibbka

Yeah i feel the same way Grin

Shockers · 14/01/2019 21:54

How about this gem, shared by leavers on fb?

How about being dismissed as a remoaner?

Or being told to, ‘Suck it up, buttercup.’

If there was another Brexit referendum would you vote the same way?
Fraying · 14/01/2019 21:54

In RL, I don't know anyone who has changed their vote.

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 14/01/2019 21:56

Shockers

Traitors, elitist, libtard, snowflake

There have been more but those are off the top of my head, along with remoaner

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 14/01/2019 21:57

Oh yes and anyone who disagrees being told to leave the country!!!

londonrach · 14/01/2019 21:58

Voted remain will vote leave now.

PJW16 · 14/01/2019 22:00

Remain then, and remain now. But then again I’m Scottish, so it doesn’t seem to matter what we vote, or want Hmm

Moussemoose · 14/01/2019 22:00

Neither side are victims. Both sides have behaved badly in different ways.

Although, take a look at what is happening to Anna Soubry if you want to know what real harassment is like.

Missymoo100 · 14/01/2019 22:01

Leave and leave again, without a doubt.

Fromage · 14/01/2019 22:02

Remain.

Remain.

Moussemoose · 14/01/2019 22:02

I'm remain and remain. As is almost everyone I know.

The few leavers voters I know have said they would change to remain or not vote.

My DS can now vote and he is 100% remain.

TidyDancer · 14/01/2019 22:03

Voted remain and would do so again. Never in doubt. Never seen a decent reason to leave and fully believe there isn't a single one.

Seline · 14/01/2019 22:03

How can someone who voted to leave the EU be racist when the EU is about 90% white people? I've never understood this argument

It's not the EU it's that the nationalist position tends to attract racists.

User758172 · 14/01/2019 22:05

The real problem is that Brexiters know they would lose

I wouldn’t be so sure about that! I voted Remain - will vote to Leave if given the opportunity.

For the PP who likened another referendum to a consent form before an operation - an ‘are you sure?’ - what was the point in the first one then? You can say that if you like because it suits you, but I don’t agree.

Rufusthebewilderedreindeer · 14/01/2019 22:05

mouse

I do agree with you regarding victims

But boy am i pssed off with this whole side business Grin

Chloemol · 14/01/2019 22:06

Yes, leave. Can’t wait

User758172 · 14/01/2019 22:09

As far as Anna Soubry is concerned, any politician who thinks they have the right to police what members of the public say and wants to be shielded from opposition doesn’t belong in government.

mrsmuddlepies · 14/01/2019 22:11

Remain (with bells on)

Touchmybum · 14/01/2019 22:12

Have never seen a reason to leave and still don't, remain all the way.

A second referendum is necessary because of all the arrant lies we were spun first time round.

Have an extra Remain voter in the house now as well.

However, as someone above said, being in NI nobody really gives a flying one.
