To know it's all gone wrong night before 12 week scan?

I've had such a good gut feeling this entire pregnancy. Now my 12 week scan is tomorrow and I feel so numb because I just know the baby's dead. I know it's gone wrong. I can just sense it. All the threads I've read about mmc say that they just knew and that's exactly how I feel. The day before my scan. What a sick joke :( can these feelings ever be wrong? Sorry I know it doesn't belong here but posting for traffic I need answers or I'm going to do nothing other than cry all night. This can't be happening.

If anybody is reading this thread because you feel the same honestly please take comfort from mine and so many others experiences. I could of bet my life on it last night that this baby would be dead today, I've never been so certain about anything. I read all these lovely comments and I just knew I wasn't going to be that lucky. So scary how real these defence mechanisms can be.

Thank you all so much for the replies. This is such a lovely thread. Before I posted last night I kept googling this and was seeing a lot of similar threads on various websites but none with the amount of responses on here, it's so reassuring that this is so common and although some people do get bad news, a lot of the time it is all in your head even though it doesn't feel like it.

Time to relax and finally start enjoying this pregnancy. I will update along the way ❤️

Congrats Op!

One of my favourite times ever to say “I told you so!!!!!!!!”

RangeRider · 10/01/2019 20:19

Maybe you should let us name the baby as a thank you?! (Though I'm not really seeing a baby in the picture - a badger possibly so I'm plumping for Brock if it's a boy)

Norma27 · 10/01/2019 20:24

So pleased to hear everything is ok. Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy cxc

2018SoFarSoGreat · 10/01/2019 20:30

congrats to you and that adorable baby! I am so very happy that 'Told You So' was a good answer to this one. Best of luck! You have to show us all pictures when the little one arrives.
