To ask for sandwich fillings that go with avocado?

I have recently discovered that I like avocado I know... proper millenial here!

Anyway. I'm a bit unsure what to have with it. I fancy having it in sandwiches or a salad for a packed lunch, so please hit me up with ideas for what (vegetarian, so no meat or fish) fillings go with it, or other delicious ideas for what to use it for!

With Chilli flakes and black pepper on toast

My pregnancy craving
Avocado, cream cheese and bacon bagel....

Red onion, tomato and coriander. Maybe a wee splash of Tabasco. Or even Worcester sauce.

Halloumi & sweet chilli sauce
Sliced egg
Quorn 'chicken' pieces

That means. No Bacon. No chicken.

There is nothing it doesn't go with! Just stick it with whatever you usually have on a sandwich and see if it works for you

Id go into prêt à manger and steal some of their sandwich ideas they use it a lot. With tapenade or pesto type things an's roasted veh

Goats cheese, pesto, or hummus are all good!

Avocado the equivalent of blood diamonds these days. I have never had one so no advice of how to enjoy them.

Open face toasted sourdough, thinly spread rose harissa, perfectly creamy avo, sundried toms, rocket, coarse black pepper, fat sea salt and an optional drizzle of truffle oil. It’s so good.

Avocado and marmite is the food of the gods!
Also good with pesto and tomatoes (plus mozzarella if you like cheese)

Feta and sweet chilli sauce, my fave sandwich!

Avacado salsa is very nice - roasted tomatoes, onion (I fry it a bit to take the edge off) cucumber, coriander and avacado, with a bit of lime qjuice salt and chilli

I've just had pasta with avocado for tea (basically blended guacamole) - so good!!

In that case, I'd add some spring onions, sliced chilli's and strips of red pepper. Nice to have different textures in a sandwich.

If you put butter beans in mayo and mash with avocado and crisp lettuce and bacon bits (veggie) it’s is sensational

Oh god, this reminds me of a sandwich I had ages ago from a local sandwich shop and they have stopped making it, best ever.
