Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

Hot dog and cheese

McDonald’s - nugget meal and cheese melts

A bag of mini eggs and a slice of cake

( it was daughters birthday day out )

B - yogurt with 1/2 cup orange almond granola
L - hummus, red pepper and avocado in a focaccia roll
Snack - 2 chocolate almond bliss balls
Dinner - a large bowl of vegetable and fennel seed stew

Everything is homemade because I live in China, so there's no choice.

Disclosure: 37 weeks pregnant!

I’ve just come back to bed after not being able to sleep so deciding 2 glasses of fresh OJ and eating Frosties from the box was the solution. Needless to say I’m still wide awake and there wouldn’t be much to be gained from analysing the rest of the days food 😂

Don't eat brekkies
Lunch was an English muffin with philly and smoked salmon, cheddar cheese and hovis biccies with chutney
Dinner was a freezer dig- a large portion of (previously homemade) creamy pork and apple with baked sweet potatoes.
Dessert was leftover homemade lemon drizzle loaf with a huge dollop of extra thick cream.

2 Nespressos, 1pt sparkling water

Unusually for me, no crisps today. However I polished a bottle of wine and now can't sleep Confused

Decided DH and I needed a low calorie fat after 2 consistent weeks of excessive eating and drinking (and going to bed being full I was in pain every night) so today was:
Lots of coffee
L: Butternut squash Thai soup
D: tuna, cucumber, avocado, red pepper and olive salad

Breakfast: muesli with a few slices of banana and some raspberries, slice of toast and marmite, small amount of orange juice, large black coffee.
Mid-morning: flat white, half a fruit scone and butter.
Lunch: in pub, slow roast pork belly, mash, green beans, butternut squash puree, toasted almonds - fab, after a long walk, it was late and I was ravenous.
5pm: tea and a slice of toasted fruit loaf with butter.
Supper: Serrano ham. cheese, crackers, bit of ciabatta roll, a few salted almonds and vegetable crisps, red wine, tiny apple and satsuma.
A few squares of almond milk chocolate.

I always seem to eat more than anyone else on these threads!

Breakfast: 2 vegan banana nut chocolate breakfast cookies, lots of coffee with whole milk

Snack: handful of nuts and a small glass of tomato juice

Lunch: a leftover wedge salad with blue cheese and a link of kielbasa

Snack: Cup of black coffee with sugar, a few squares 70% chocolate

Dinner: large hamburger with cheddar, tomato, lettuce, onion, no bun. A few chips.

I keep remembering other things I ate.

A few slices of DD's orange. A chocolate mint truffle thing. A small slice of smoked salmon.

Big tray roasted sweet potato,squash,mushrooms and green beans.cheese.naice bread
Bag baked plain crisp

One glass waterBlushnot great at drinking(rarely thirsty)
Don't do breakfast either

Yay, love these! Yesterday was:
B: Bagel thin with smoked salmon and scrambled egg.
L: Cheese topped bap with gammon, cheddar and wholegrain mustard.
D: Jacket potato with tenderstem broccoli and chicken breast.
Snacks: 2 satsumas,
lots of tea and coffee.

Today...
Breakfast - fortified shake
Early lunch/late breakfast - eggs on whole wheat toast & vitamin shake
Snack - wholenut bar, baked plain cornchips & banana
Dinner - baked fish, lots diff roast veg
Afters - sugarless jelly no added sugar ice cream probably some extra fruit
Drinks - decaf coffee and lots of water
Started eating healthier and exercising about 5 months ago. Struggled with IBS for a long time.. symptoms have vastly improved. More than enough motivation to keep me on track!

Yesterday.
Porridge, semi skimmed milk, half a banana, squirt of date syrup.
Massive bowl of smoked haddock, broccoli, cheese sauce.
Greek yoghurt with spoon of raspberry jam
Square of dark chocolate
Pint of water, pint of Vimto, three cups of tea, cup of coffee

I downloaded myfitnesspal Lon the first and the healthy eating started yesterday. Trying to stick to around 1500 calories. Yesterday I had

3 x Linda McCartney sausages, mushrooms, ketchup.

Nanas magic soup

Lentil and sweet potato dhal

1 white tea, 2 cammomile teas and 3 squares of dairy milk.

Today is:

Weetabix with semi skimmed milk,
Nanas magic soup
Sticky mushrooms and jasmine rice.

And probably some snacks as I go along

Weirdly love these threads - I get lots of ideas from them.

Yesterday I had...
B - full fat Greek yogurt, raspberries, few cut up dates and drizzle of honey. Coffee
L - McDonald's garlic chicken wrap and another coffee
D - chicken breast grilled in a Maggi so tender paper wrap thing, cous cous and broccoli

Snacks - banana, carrot batons and a hot chocolate. Also drank lots of water.

More or less back to normal after the week long indulgence of Christmas 🙈

Yesterday: bacon and egg sandwich for brunch, quiche and tomatoes for dinner, slice of chocolate cake, lots of tea

Today: bacon sandwich, either cod in breadrumbs with oven chips and veg OR roast pork, roasties and loads of veg for dinner, depending on how lazy I'm feeling. Lots of tea, maybe some wine.

I'm still off work (using up annual leave) so normal eating has not yet been resumed. The Christmas food is almost all gone now, thankfully.

Yesterday was my first day back on slimming world
B-coffee
L-baked potato with bean and bacon and salad
D-spaghetti with tomato and braised steak

I haven't had anything yet except for hot water and lemon as I'm not well but if I can face it lunch will be left over spaghetti and dinner is beef bourginion

B - wholemeal toast and avocado. Tea.

Tea, Diet Red Bull, 2 herbal teas.

L - wholemeal wrap, hummous, rocket, raw cauliflower, sugar snap peas, grapes.

D - will be a lentil, chickpea and split pea dhal with turmeric roasted cauliflower and brown rice.

Lots of water.

Something from the Christmas chocolate left overs.

So far today:

1 Weetabix and Frosties with skimmed milk
2 white sandwich thins with luncheon meat and pickled gherkins
Bag of Walkers cheese & onion crisps
Slice of lemon drizzle cake

Later on will have
Jacket potato, cottage cheese with chives, salad

No doubt chocolate of some kind will be consumed.
