Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

Today...

B - bacon sandwich and coffee
L - 2 hard boiled eggs with salt and pepper, an apple and an Oykos yogurt
D - will be hot smoked salmon spaghetti with asparagus

Snacks - few cups of tea, a banana and probably something sweet later on like a few biscuits or some of the (never ending) Christmas chocolate...

D - will be tomato soup, with pita bread, or possibly I might have some poached eggs.

I’m enjoying writing this down. I can see what I’m eating. So far, I’ve not been tempted by the wine or the chocs we have in the house.

Today:

Breakfast: coffee with oat milk and an apple

Snack: roasted chickpeas and raw vegetable sticks

Lunch: one piece of b free toast with vegemite and vegan spread. A banana and a small green juice.

Dinner (later) cauliflower and broccoli “cheesy” bake (I’m vegan so will be using a sauce made from carrots/potatoes/nutritional yeast and cashews!) probably served with a garlic cheesy baguette.

Late snack: frozen dates

6 oatcakes and a tub of smoked salmon pate
A cough Candy Sweet

Will be having pasta in brocolli sauce for dinner and a pack of go ahead biscuits.

All bran with skimmed milk
A mini croissant with jam

Spaghetti with tomatoes, courgette and red onion plus mandarins with skyr yogurt

Half piece of Xmas cake...

Who knows what I'll wolf down next!

Day 2 of a 10 day crash diet to kick start the year, so:

B- diet shake
L- diet shake
D- will have big plate of stir fried veg with a griddled pork steak in soy and ginger dressing.

Fairly grim really, bit only ever do it as a quick reset after a bingey xmas.

Ah, I'm understanding why I may be large of waist after reading some of these!

Yesterday

B - wholemeal vegan quorn ham salad sandwich
L - Leftover NY veg curry (no rice etc)
D - Roasted new potatoes, salad pitta
Snacks - half a large bar green and blacks choc, handful of brazils
Drinks - tea, water, diet ginger ale

Today
B - 2x sourdough crumpets with vegan spread and marmite
L - Ramen style noodle soup with sweetcorn, courgette, carrot and spinach
D- Not even thought about yet
Snacks - brazils x 6
Drinks- water, tea, 1 diet coke

Love this thread. I’m trying to do a couple of days a week meat free to try and get some variety into my diet so some great ideas for later in the week

Slept through breakfast again- going back to work is going to kill me....
Lunch was subway chicken tikka on Italian herbs and cheese and some ready salted walkers
Made a soup so had a bowl to quality control it Grin
Tea is going to be some chicken with cauliflower cheese and mixed veg
The health kick isn’t going too well!

And probably sweet potato wedges and cheese and onion rolls for dinner
I usually eat healthier than this but I'm pregnant and lots of stuff makes me nauseous. I think I've got a stomach bug so don't want to eat much but when I get hungry the morning sickness kicks in! Can't win today!

Some chocolates
Cherry kefir drink

Tea will be cauliflower mac and cheese with bacon bits, mushrooms, onion and garlic and some Savoy cabbage and green beans on the side. Oh and lots of garlic bread.

I will probably eat some Pringles before bed as I’m currently obsessed with the prawn cocktail flavour and maybe a hot cross bun.

I’m a size 8 so don’t worry about my weight, but need to eat a little healthier, really

Lunch - salad and a bit of left over lasagna

Today so far (am doing weight watchers)

Breakfast: bagel thin, half an avocado and 2 poached eggs. Starbucks chilled skinny latte thing you buy in a shop.

Snack: Starbucks drink as above and a nature valley ginger oat bar

Lunch: baked salmon fillet and a homemade sauce of onions, garlic, peppers, courgette and passata cooked in a teaspoon of oil

Loads of water. Not sure on dinner yet.

Lunch- cherry tomatoes, cucumber and radish with a dollop of hummus. Crackers and cheese.

Not sure about tea yet.

Oh snap. Brekky - nada. Then 5 cups of tea with sugar. Lunch - lamb chop n salad. Mid afternoon snack - spag bol with cheese!!! Was sooooo hungry! Dinner as I see it now - 3 boiled eggs
