Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

Random day, using stuff up:

B - banana pancakes with powdered peanut butter as sauce. Seeds & banana chips.
S - quark & a chocolate coin
L - chicken salad, 2 matchmakers
D - black pepper popcorn, few chips from DD's plate
S - hot chocolate

Breakfast- melon & pineapple

Lunch - sweet potato curry

Dinner - baked salmon , noodles & stirfry veg

Snacks -Curly wurly Popcorn
3 satsumas

Liquids - 2 liters of still water , 1 bottle of fizzy water and a can of Coke Zero

Breakfast: Porridge with brambles and bilberries
Lunch: Bacon and egg with home made courgette soup
Snack: a toasted crumpet with pheasant pate
Dinner: Left over Xmas turkey made into curry with yogurt, almond and spices, served with brown rice, green beans and sliced banana
Supper: Two Belgian chocolates!
Always a weird selection using up the Xmas goodies...!

plainvanilla so 2 not very huge sounding meals are 2/3 more than you usually eat? God almighty, I’d be starving. No wonder I’m such a pig.

I’ve not been great today as not many shops were open when I was heading to work. I’ve had

Croissant
Small carbonara I stuck in microwave, melon, grapes
Out for dinner and I had a pulled lamb pancake thing and a chicken and peppers dish with rice

2 coffees and a tea
500 ml sparkling water
Similar in still water

Unusually, no snacks.

What, you mean “most people”? What do you spend the other 23 hours and 45 minutes of the day doing?

Breakfast: coconut yoghurt, blueberries, raspberries
Lunch: whole tub of fresh soup, 2 bread sticks
Tea: scrambled egg, spinach, smoked salmon, small slice of rye bread
Snacks: tiny bit of Christmas cake
Drinks: water, rooibos tea.

A massive improvement on the last fortnight!

Some of these are only a few hundred calories! Is this how you eat regularly? I’m not one to lecture anyone but some of these contain so little food they don’t seem healthy

Back on weight watchers as of today.

No breakfast as the kids and I had a lie in.

Wagamama for lunch as a holiday treat- I had the chilli beef ramen noodle soup thing and some edamame beans and a regular sized ‘positive’ juice.

Dinner was a baked salmon fillet with roasted new potatoes and loads of broccoli and peas. Followed by a nature valley ginger oat bar.

No food snacks today but have had a chilled skinny latte and also used 300ml skimmed milk in tea and coffee plus drunk loads of water. 1 can of Diet Coke which is a massive improvement on normal!

L- wholemeal ham salad sandwich, boiled egg and pork pie
D- roast chicken salad with some crisps
Lots of Tea, a shortbread finger and 5 celebrations.

IT started well - Grape Nuts and blueberries for breakfast,sandwich with smoked salmon ( last remnant left over!) and rocket for lunch.....
A packet of Thai Chilli flavour lentil curl things,risotto with stir fry veg and chicken,a slice of christmas cake,3 chocolate Christmas tree decorations,4 chocolate biscuits.......oh and had a Kit Kat earlier in the day.
Not representative of my normal eating - I need to stop with the chocolate BlushBut I have walked and cycled a lot over the holidays.

D....nowt, still full.

Lots of wine. Beer at lunchtime. Intermittent tea.

B - go-ahead yogurt biscuit
L- tuna and sweet corn sandwich from M&S
S - homemade mince pie (leftover)
D - some sort of chicken curry soup 🤨 2 slices of white toast and pate, 2 crackers
S - 3 chocolate digestives

Started well but went of piest towards the end of the day.

My diet has been a disaster today.
Breakfast- none
Lunch- spicy chicken legs and char frilly veg cous cous
Snacks - a bowl of Coco pops at 5 pm
Tea- beef and Guinness pie with chestnut
Last evening snack- salted caramel pretzels.

Lunch was crab sticks and some salad / fruit.
Tea was 5% beef burgers with salad and chips.
Snacks 2 pieces of cheese and milka hot chocolate.
Drinks for the day:
Water x 3 bignglasses
Hot Water with lemon x 1
Peppermint tea x 1
Coffe x 1
Tea x 2
Milka hot choc x 1

Dinner - left over gammon with roasted veg
Drinks- 4 cups of black decaf coffee , tap water , flavoured fizzy water

Recently lost 4.5 stone in 9 months only to put 1 stone back on over Xmas... back on the wagon today.

B- nothing

L- pasta mixed with whatever vegetables we had left in the fridge with a bit of hoisin sauce mixed through ( don't judge )

D- tuna steak , mixed vegetable rice , broccoli , baby corn and grilled peppers

Liquids - a large bottle of flavoured water I'm a nightmare for fizzy so slowly making the transition to water Blush

Snacks- a whole meal cracker bread with cheese and chive spread

L-5 Pringles and 2 coffees
D-sweet potato fries, quorn escalope and naked beans.
Snacks-another scotch pancake, 2 marmite cheeses, some Xmas chocolate, malteasers pouch...I'm a pig.
Water, said coffee, but of milk.

Is it bad that I've just gone through the thread writing down recipes to try and getting ideas for meal planning (which wont start till Feb because I can't focus on more than one thing at a time and right now I need to revise for exams).

Today:

Breakfast, half a bacon and egg sandwich, dog would have had the rest but he's intolerant to eggs so I made him his own. Either with tea or coffee can't remember.

Lunch, tomato sandwich with a glass of pepsi.
Tea, mash, baked hake in butter sauce (have half leftover for salad tomorrow), carrots (I didn't eat but the puppies enjoyed) and leeks with a glass of pepsi.

I've had two more cups of coffee/tea and thats about it. I've been busy so today has been a crap eating and drinking day but I've stuff sorted for meals for tomorrow so I get enough of the right foods and remember to drink enough.

Been pretty poorly for 2 months and the latest unwelcome development is awful constipation so whereas yesterday I ate nothing at all, today I forced food down

B- red cherry wheat cereal (no milk) and glass of water
L- wrap with ham, capers and salad cream
D- lemony yoghurt marinated chicken kebabs and couscous made by lovely OH.

Mince pie, almond flavour pockys, some quality street, gingerbread whirl biscuit thing.

Lots of water. 12 vats of coffee. Bodyweight in tablets.
