Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

Breakfast: 2 satsumas and a small glass of innocent green juice. Went for a run.
Snack: cashew nuts and 2 x quorn cocktail sausages
Lunch: v small portion of parsnip bake with kale
Snack: trek bar, piece of fruit cake
Dinner: vegetable soup with whole meal pitta

I’m such a snacked! Am much happier eating little and often

Oh dear , I’m home alone for the first time in ages so I’ve knocked myself out, and I’m surprised I’ve not made myself sick.
Coffee for breakfast
5 chocolate biscuits
2 hero miniatures.
Macaroni cheese
Left over pork pie crust ( I gave the filling to the dogs because they were staring at me).
Crackers and smoked mackerel pate whist waiting for the oven to heat up.
Cheese and pesto garlic bread slices x 3
12 mini Baileys creme chocolate eclairs.
2 Parma Violet gin and tonics.
I might start on the cheese box in a bit.
I fully intended to actually eat nothing but plain chicken today and only drink water Blush.
I feel disgusting Grin

Breakfast: porridge with banana and blueberries, Options hot chocolate

Snack: grapes and blackberries

Lunch: salad with roasted vegetables, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and celery, 2 ryvita with butter

Dinner: salmon, giant cous cous with Brussels sprouts, broccoli with borlotti beans

Pudding: a dark chocolate coin

I'll probably have a little bit more chocolate after I've done bedtime

Salad with feta and couscous

2 x chocolates

Handful tortillas and houmous

2 x Oaty biscuits

Handful leftover oven chips

Steak with sugar snap peas/ sweet potato chips

No breakfast.
Lunch was a footlong chicken & bacon subway.
Dinner was leftover chilli with nachos.
I also had a jam donut as a snack Blush

Wetherspoons cooked breakfast and coffee (weekly team meeting, held in spoons on payday)

Mini double decker from selection box

Chocolate croissant

Will have weight watchers lamb tagine and cous cous for tea

Lots of pepsi max

Slept in and missed breakfast
Lunch was tomato’s on toast
Tea was sausage casserole made with quorn sausages with a side of broccoli and asparagus roasted in garlic oil
Today was an attempt to eat healthier and my body seems thankful for the vitamins after the Xmas takeaway and chocolate based diet!

Another pregnant one here so I'm just eating whatever i fancy, just coming out the other side of the sickness so thankful for that.
Breakfast - 2 weetabix with honey and milk warmed up a bit.
Lunch - a chicken and stuffing sandwich, red fruits and a mini twix
Snack - tortilla chips and houmous
Dinner - chicken tagine, rice, flatbread, yoghurt dressing.
A decaf tea, a decaf coffee, a hot chocolate, a bottle of coconut water and several glasses of water.

Breakfast - I had 2 slices of buttery toast
Lunch was a bacon buttie
Dinner - chicken tikka masala, basmati rice and a plain naan
Drinks- 3 Coffees, 1 Pepsi max and a few cups of squash
Snacks- 1 tangerine, a handful of celebrations
That's a lot more than I usually have cos I'm on holiday I would normally skip breakfast and survive on a lot more coffee

Lunch - marmite sandwich and Worcester sauce crisps and Cadbury’s mini roll
Snack - two chocolate digestives
Dinner - homemade lasagna and salad
Four cups of tea, one squash and now having a glass of rose wine

Kicking off dry January with a load of herbal tea plus a desperate can of coke.
Breakfast - banana
Lunch - rice salad with prawns, anchovies, cucumber, rocket, olives, edamame beans, pumpkin seeds & Parmesan
Snack - Apple, nuts
Dinner - salmon fillet & gnocchi with spinach, pinenuts, cherry tomatoes, pinenuts & Parmesan.

D: spag bol.
Snacks: 3x quality street. 1/4 pain au choc., 1x pear
Drinks: 1x white coffee, 2x lemongrass tea, 2x prosecco & 2x red wine (!) Some water x should be more!

Today I’ve had

Breakfast - Two pieces of Toast and cup of tea
Lunch- rosemary linguette flatbread with avo and tomato with glass of water
Dinner- a huge salad and butternut squash chips.
More water, more tea and a booja booja chocolate.

( I’m a healthy eater and usually eat more but unwell at the moment so this is all I managed )

Cup of tea in bed.
2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk and handful of sultanas.
Couple glasses water
Cup of coffee.
2 slices of leftover homemade pizzz and a mini pork pie (still mopping up Christmas food!)
4pm slice of Christmas cake and a cuppa.
Homemade lasagne and salad and a bowl of homemade clafoutis with custard (NYD party leftovers!)
Cup of peppermint tea.
Full now so that's it.
I don't usually snack. Have put on 4lb over Christmas so will run it off this month. Smile

Im pregnant so currently feeding my body whatever it wants Grin

Breakfast - handful of olives and sundried tomatoes before i walked out the door Blush then proper breakfast when i got to work - strawberry protein yoghurt in a squeezy pouch, and oats with hot water & some honey

Lunch - beef burger, thick chips and coleslaw from Gourmet Burger Kitchen

Dinner - currently in the oven....premade Aldi lasagne with oven chips on the side, cos im being lazy Grin

Snacks - handful of cashew nuts, nature valley protein bar, dairylea dunkers, mini bag of chocolate buttons. Oh and when i got home from gym - the rest of the olives and tomatoes, plus shared half of last night's takeaway spaghetti carbonara with DH Grin and lets face it, probably some chocolate whilst we watch Luther Smile

Drinks - two cups of tea, loads of water, some apple juice (straight from the bottle....only a mouthful left!) and a glass of orange squash!

DH and I have been playing video games all morning and afternoon, so we kinda forgot to eat. However, this thread reminded me of the turkey squares (leftover turkey with cream cheese and shallots in pastry) that my MIL gave us the other night. They're in the oven baking so we'll finally have something to eat! Thank you for reminding us to eat something! HAHA! Grin
