Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

B - toast and jam with an actimel drink

L- mug shot pasta and salad

Snack - small bowl of cornflakes with milk

Dinner - chicken and veg curry with cauliflower rice.

Treats later will be some Halo Top ice cream. Im doing my fitnesspal and this all comes in under my calorie allowance. Filled up my water bottle about 4 times so far and its 600ml will likely drink another before bedtime and have some diet coke with dinner.

Grapes, kettle crisps, 2 mini dime bars
Jacket spud, corn on cob, salad and salmon
Wine with dinner

Always looks a lot when I write it down and yet I have a bmi of 19.

Blush had a cheese scone. Then didn’t need lunch so had a few crackers and a banana while DS and his mate were swimming and I sat waiting for them.

Just had a baked potato with cheesy coleslaw. Not the most balanced food intake today!

B - weetabix, semi skimmed milk and a bit of sugar.
L - scrambled egg and beans on one slice of toast
D - roast chicken, potatoes, stuffing, parsnips, swede, Cavolo Nero and carrots. Rhubarb crumble and custard.

3 custard creams and a shortbread finger, 3 chocolates still left over from Christmas. An apple.

Lots of coffee with soy creamer and an almond milk latte

L: slice of pizza, a grilled cauliflower and Israeli couscous dish (was out for lunch!)
D: salad (lettuce, cucumber, olives, vinegarette, olives, roasted Brussel sprouts, swordfish, hummus), a few roasted sunflower seeds and an orange

Yesterday--
B: porridge with banana + honey, tea
L: leftover roast chicken sandwich, apple, crisps
D: a small leftover roast chicken dinner, peaches with ice-cream and toffee sauce

Today--
B: toast with strawberry + champagne conserve, tea
L: jacket potato with tuna mayo but didn't really want it so just had a few bites, had a couple of biscuits and a Clementine instead
D: tomato + red pepper soup with a slice of toast

Also just had banana + strawberry yoghurt with a cup of decaffeinated tea.
