Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

3am - cereal bar. I’m jet lagged and work up starving.

9am Coffee. Black. Massive mug.

9.30 am Home made coconut yogurt and red berries (not made by me! My host is vegan)

13.00 Burger and a side salad (we ate out). Was super delish.

15.00 Early gray tea.

18.3@ Rice and some Chinese style tofu and veg and cashew dish.
Glass of red wine.

Lots of water throughout.

Yesterday- two boiled eggs, toast, smoothie with passion fruit, banana, kiwi and honey, coffee- at around 10:30.

No lunch, as I wasn’t hungry, but lots of water.

Dinner was a cauliflower soup with pear and walnuts, followed by olive risotto topped with grilled parrot fish. Water and a glass of white wine.

Then a glass of Madeira wine.

I wasn’t at home Smile.

Yesterday-

Boiled eggs with 2 whole meal toast
Grapes, banana
Half a mug soya hot choc
Tortillas and hummus
6 mini dime bars
2 hot cross buns
Frozen cod, acti fry chips, peas and cooked tomatoes and 2 bread.
A glass of wine and a baileys

Oops looks a lot! it's more bready than normal so I'll reduce that today.

Slightly hungover today, bit random:

B - gingerbread latte from the coffee machine
L - 4 oatcakes with butter, 2 bacon & cheese straws
D - toastie with tuna, carrot, celery, cheddar & pepper filling, banana and custard yoghurt

Loads of tea, couple of coffees. Shedloads of water. Might have a hot chocolate in a bit. I think I'm done for food.

Slice of w/m toast with almond butter pre Pilates class.

Greek yog, honey and berries after P class.

Bacon omlette with rice cakes for lunch.

Some nuts as a snack

4 x York Fruit sweets ( they're all gone now thankfully!)

Having veggie toad in the hole, brocolli and cabbage for dinner.

Flat white coffee in Caffe Nero w 1 sachet sugar.

Bacon sandwich with tomato ketchup on poppy seed bread.

Mug tea.

Soon going to be eating home made pasta alla norma (spaghetti with aubergine, olive oil, tomato, balsamic vinegar, basil and garlic) with parmesan.

Shocked at the amount of chicken people eat! Sometimes twice in a day? I keep it down to once a week max for my family.

I'm due on and crave all the shite junk food.. Been good all week too :(

Silly thing is I actually dislike Wagon wheels.. Dunno why I ate them.

Dinner - curry. Chicken tikka with green beans and mushrooms, cauliflower bhaji, and Bombay potatoes, naan and rice.
