Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

Porridge with cinnamon and skimmed milk

Costa ham and cheese toastie

Apple

Hotdog made with x 3 chipolatas (grilled), part baked baguette, dry fried onions and mustard.
Big salad on the side.

Pack of Belvita breakfast biscuits I found languishing. Probably a yoghurt in a bit.

B: 2x toast with apricot jam, 2x tea
S: lemon curd yoghurt
L: tomato soup, cake
S: banana
D: sausage roll, chips & beans (all homemade except for the beans)

I've also had half a Galaxy ripple. I'm just going to have a cup of decaffeinated tea and maybe a biscuit.

Slice of gluten free toast with meridian peanut butter, half a banana and a teaspoon of manuka honey for breakfast with a cup of tea.

3 cups of strong coffee.

Lunch was homemade spinach and lentil curry. The curry will do lunches for the rest of the week. 1l water.

Afternoon was a cup of nettle tea and another litre of water. If I'm peckish I'll have an apple.

Tonight, nothing but water. I'm not hungry tonight but I have chicken chilli with roasted courgette in the fridge which will do tomorrow nights dinner. Dinners are normally fish or chicken with steamed or roasted veg.

Weekends I'll have the same but washed down with about 3 G&Ts. My indulgence!

I'm ill.

B - porridge with blueberries and seeds
L - sweet chilli veg pot. I added chicken and a tiny bit of leftover rice.
S - quark, one single fish finger couple of teaspoons of ice cream
D - really poorly now so just had a hot chocolate and a digestive

Snack: yoghurt and mango
Lunch: chicken biryani from work canteen
Snack: Twix
Dinner: chicken & chorizo tray bake with potatoes and corn cob.

Breakfast - Rude Health nutty, seedy porridge with syrup
Lunch - triple chocolate cookies I made last night
Dinner - homemade chicken and vegetable soup with homemade bread. I have a cold so I’m hoping it helps!

No breakfast (intermittent fasting)

Coffee
Lunch - falafel, flatbread, salad, hard boiled egg, cashew nuts, banana

Dinner - roasted sweet potatoes, carrots, cavelo nero, brocolli, sweetcorn, small portion of chicken.

2 egg cheese omelette between 2 slices toasted white bread with tomato ketchup.

Sausage casserole with carrots, mash, peas and steamed cauliflower.

3 mugs tea. 2 glasses white wine.

Crudités and dip

Leftover stir fry
Ff yogurt and honey

WW protein bar

Had dinner quite late, at half 8. Was chilli (leftovers from freezer) with 25g cheddar and soured cream

1 Percy pig (all that was left in the bag)

Lunch: smoked mackeral with cous-cous salad

Dinner: Home-made bean & veg chilli with extra mashed swede & spinach mushrooms .

To drink: raspberry teas & water with lemon and apple cider vinegar.

B: weetabix and strawberries, 2 x breakfast teas

L: 2 x Steak pie (scotch pie sized) from bakers, pack of vegetable crisps, can of Diet Coke

D: Poached some salmon in milk and had with sweet potato mash and some baby corn and mangetout
no snacks yet today unusually. Had couple of cups of rooibus tea as well. I eat same as my toddler except for my lunch when she was asleep and you can see quality dips sharply!
