Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

Breakfast: multigrain Cheerios with skimmed milk.

Lunch: chicken with spinach, kale and beetroot salad, cherry tomatoes. Grapes, apple and 2 salt and vinegar rice cakes.

Dinner: (to be consumed) chilli with rice and lightly salted tortilla chips.

Snacks: go ahead apple biscuits (those 3 pack that looks like garibaldi
Pepperami
A small Kinder chocolate

Liquids:
2 x tea
1 x coffee
3 x cups of water

@00100001 I wasn't actually BUT ONLY because I suffer from insomnia and it's bad at the moment so that kills my appetite. Normally I try to be more balanced but the celery juice in the mornings is sorting my energy right out and filling. Really!!

Breakfast smoothie (berries, apple juice, oats, yoghurt, almond butter, seeds) - 100ml glass.

Latte

About 6 mandarins

A slice of chocolate biscuit cake (pre-packaged single portion)

1/2 a cup of tea

My pumpkin soup is still in the fridge at work for yesterday’s lunch (just a manic 2 days) - maybe tomorrow. Dinner is prepped at home though so I only need to turn on pots, as long as DDs sports injured finger doesn’t need OOH/ children’s hospital for X-ray. Otherwise it will be vending machine dinner for me.

Breakfast - porridge
Lunch - chicken with salad and tomato soup.
Dinner - paella
Snack - had cheese spread on a cracker as only ate half my lunch (above) also had a shortbread as I needed the sugar boost.

@Kikipost it's pure celery put through a juicer. A whole bunch 😳. Cleanses liver and great for gut, weight, eczema. Google the medical medium and his celery juice challenge. I was so cynical but thought I'd give it a go and wow, genuinely surprised. It's like rocket fuel energy wise. Tastes bland. Not offensive. It's not a GOOP thing although I appreciate it sounds that way but it wipes appetite in morning but makes you feel very full.

Lunch: two buns w salami, jalapeños, cucumber and red pepper
Afternoon snack: peanuts, orange juice, one herbal tea
Dinner: pan fried fish, rice, tomato sauce, spring onions
Late snack: bun with honey (okay, mainly in order to taste it, as baked for DD's nursery tomorrow)

Lunch, smoked mackerel, hard boiled egg, apple, banana, oat cracker with almond butter, cucumber.

Snack - banana and walnuts, coffee

Dinner, vegetable, beef and chickpea curry with rice and yoghurt

B - ready brek, linseeds, raspberries, seeds, an absolute lake of peanut butter. Vanilla quark about an hour later.
L - wasn't hungry
S - almond chai latte, 3 peaches and 2 pears that needed eating
D - tesco chicken katsu salad with added curry sauce, baked pea snacks

will probably have a hot chocolate later

loads of tea, coffee and water. Can of cherry coke zero.

breakfast - 2 bits toast and butter, 1/2 avocado, scrambled eggs

lunch - toast, left over chilli and cheese

snacks - 2 bananas ... 2 fish fingers

dinner - baked potato, kale, peas, tuna, red onion, grated carrot.

B- 2 weetabix with whole milk
L- satsuma, slice marmite on toast
D- 1/2 a burger with havarati cheese, lettuce. Other half was stolen by my starving 8 yr old
