Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

Away this weekend so without my usuals:

B- 2 x wholemeal toast with olive spread and marmite (missed my porridge, nothing else fills me up!)

L- service station stop; m&s roasted veg and avocado sandwich, pot of melon chunks

S- bag pop chips

D- wetherspoons skinny chicken burger and a glass of white wine

S- will be a big bowl of fruit and yoghurt to make me feel better after a weekend of beige and buffet food.

B: nesquik and semi skimmed milk
L: subway cheese and steak wrap, Pepsi max, half a pack of Doritos
D: beans on toast with cheese
Snacks: nobbly bobbly, two milky ways, one cider and 5ish gins? One coffee as well

Pork cooked dinner

Banana and glass of juice post dog walk

Chicken tikka filler wrap, with lettuce and cucumber

Bowl of fat free yogurt, honey and pomegranates

Mint sweet

Damage control after yesterday! Hopefully the vitamins in fruit n veg counteract the e numbers from yesterday!

L: 2 poached eggs on toast, Tomato & beans
Snack:tea& small piece Christmas cake
D: roast beef,roast potatoes,Yorkshire pudding, turnip & peas. Wine.....more wine! .

Coffee while out
Dinner, sweet potato, squash, salad, carrot salad.
Two bowls of fruit salad and yoghurt

I'm on nights this week. They are great as I hardly eat anything 😂

So far 2 boiled eggs.

Will have vegetables and chicken before I go in and that's it. Don't get hungry all night.

Breakfast: 2x toast with marmalade/strawberry jam, 2 cups of tea
Snack: banana
Lunch : homemade curried parsnip soup, an apple & crisps
Snack: tea and lots of chocolates (afternoon slump...been awake since 5.30am for work and I'm 22w pregnant)
Tea: Cheese & onion omelette with beans
Snack: raspberry yoghurt

Will also have a little more chocolate before bed 🙈

Breakfast Very small bowl of porridge ( not a breakfast person at all but long drive this am )
Various teas and coffee with oat milk during day
Lunch : homemade butternut squash soup left over from Saturday
Snack: some popcorn
Supper: a pork thing made by DH plus lots of kale ( I love winter vegetables)

Snack : Large orange

Total effort by me today - making porridge. Hurrah !

On the blood sugar diet so..
B: meal replacement shake:
L: small apple with 1 tablespoon flaked almonds and 150g Greek yogurt.
D: one chicken breast with teaspoon pesto, portion of steamed cabbage.
Plus three teas

S- aldi pea sticks, apple

D- spaghetti bolognese

S- birthday cake grenade protein bar, another apple

Dinner:
Chicken tikka and rice

I usually eat way more than that but I haven't had much of an appetite.

I don't get a chance to eat much because of ds. Wish I ate more as I'm badly underweight and am starting to look ill. :(

@lovely36 eat more calorie dense food, especially stuff that doesn't need heating.

Hummus and carrot/celery/sugar snaps is a cracker. Greek yogurt, nuts and honey. Cheese and crackers. Might be worth looking at protein shakes too.

1 M&S egg mayo, crusts discarded, 1/2 pack salted crisps, diet orange soda

Chicken breast, sauteed leeks, mash

Baked apple with walnuts, raisins, yogurt

I am pregnant and on steroids if that is any excuse 

Breakfast - little kids coco pops dry no milk

Lunch - mushroom muffin and packet of crisps from costa

Snack - hot chocolate

Dinner - crustless quiche with home made chips (fry lite style) with some rocket

Snack - another bag of crisps and a few squares of white chocolate

OH LORDY - doesn't it always look awful written down?

Pancake & butter, tea.

3 Cream Crackers & butter, tea.
Banana/blueberry/strawberry smoothie made with yoghurt.

Basil pesto penne, pinenuts, sundried tomato, olives, Parmesan.

4 whole-wheat crackers & Montagnolo cheese.

White chocolate coconut raisin cranberry nut balls x loads!

Cod, roast baby potato, carrot, broccoli, mixed green veg, lemon.

Toast & butter, tea. Glass of milk.

Lots of fizzy water.

Breakfast - bought egg & cress sarnie, crisps.
Snickers bar
Lunch - cold chilli beef pizza
Dinner - ready meal ( bangers & mash), strawberry set yogurt, another Snickers!
