Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

Breakfast: Bowl of sugar puffs with milk. 2 Crumpets with margarine.
Mid morning snack: 4 chocolate hobnobs.
Lunch: Bacon sarnie with ketchup
Afternoon snack: Apple and packet of McCoys Cheese and Onion crisps.
Dinner: Dominoes The Cheeseburger Pizza and potato wedges and half a tub of Phish Food ice-cream. Nawty but delishush and bonus no washing up, tee hee hee. Wine

B- latte made with semi skimmed milk

L- veg soup, bread roll. Banana

D- is going to be chicken breast marinated in lime, garlic, chilli with carrot & suede mash, tender stem broccoli and peas. Couple of glasses of cava will be had too

Breakfast - in a rush so a banana, oat crackers, raisins and a coffee

Lunch - two bowls homemade squash and carrot soup. A few slices of cheese. Another coffee. Half a mango.

Dinner - homemade pizza loaded with veg, served with salad. Apple.

Cocoa.

This thread has been really nice for me. I used to have such an unhealthy relationship with food (was bulimic), and it's great to be able to see how far I've come from those times. No dieting, calorie counting, or obsession, and I enjoy food and how it makes me feel when I look after myself. I can eat good portions, enjoy the odd sweet thing, but on the whole genuinely love eating a wide variety of foods that are good for my body. So, thank you OP Smile

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, bacon, tomato and two slice of toast with margaine.
Lunch: Tuna fish in pitta bread with side salad. Homemade fruit salad.
Dinner: Beef salad with baguette and margarine and three quarter tub of ice-cream.
Snacks: Half a packet of oreo bicuits.

Brunch - turkey bacon in a panini roll and HP sauce
Dinner - sausage casserole, mash and veg.
Snack - so far a homemade banana muffin

A milky coffee.
Chinese 5 spice chicken, rice and veg at 2.30pm
More tea.
Supper will be when CTM starts and will be cheese on toast and a slice of cake (and more tea).

Feeling rubbish with cold.

Lunch: 1 vegetarian plate at Chinese buffet

Tea: 2 slices of sourdough bread and 2 slices Jarlsberg cheese. Handful of Green &Blacks Velvet fruits.

Today for breakfast-porridge with berries.
Lunch was some cheese on toast.
Dinner is sausage casserole with some sweet potato mash.

We always have dessert on Sunday so will also have some cake and custard.

Breakfast: half a sourdough baguette w/melted cheddar and blue stilton.

Lunch: nowt.

Dinner: Quorn ready meal (tikka masala) w/nan bread.

Snacks: two Quorn mini picnic eggs.

Drink: bottle of red wine and a Cobra beer - no work tomorrow so bugger it!

Shroomdogs, mushrooms, tofu scramble, fried tomato, baked beans, toast
fat bastard

Lunch: see above

Dinner: leftovers. Butternut squash Dahl and a sweet potato pakora sandwich (sweet potato pakora, salad leaves, hummus, tahini, hot sauce and grated violife)

Snacks: 6 haribo. A digestive. Blueberries. Hot milk drink.

I've had a couple of inches of baguette with cream cheese on 1 half, & butter & honey on the other half. 2 cups of tea, about 6 olives, cup of cocoa. Dinner tonight is this sardine dish because I found a pack of frozen sardines & I'm trying to make space in the freezer. I'm planning to have extra lettuce with it though. And it will be fresh lemon as I don't have any preserved ones. I have a tin of grapefruit in juice & some fat free greek yoghurt if I fancy any pudding.

I think I'm down about a pound. I weighed this morning, definitely lighter. Official weigh-in tomorrow evening. Struggling to get to the gym much at the moment as the cold isn't helping my pain.

Greek yogurt with raspberries and banana
Spinach, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and poached egg with a small wholemeal toast
Roast beef, roast potatoes, roast carrots and broccoli.
Two caramel snack a jacks, a fibre one chocolate brownie, two rich tea fingers.

I'm tired as youngest dc isn't sleeping well at the mo so I've hit the sugar.

B - sour cherry skyr, pear (thought I was going out for lunch)
L - going out was cancelled, nothing in the house, ended up with baked sweet potato, leftover xmas cheese, pickle & salad
S - vegetable puff stick crisp type things (actually really nice)
D - have brought banana & peanut butter porridge to work and another pear

I am drinking lots of tea at the moment, in an effort to stave off hunger. I fear that although I may get slim (please God!) my teeth will be horrid brown stumps. So I will probably still feel ugly... herbal tea just doesn't cut it! Confused aargh

@AwdBovril herbal tea is the worst for staining! Much worse than coffee even so don't feel gully! You could always drink through a straw which is what I did when bleaching my teeth 😂
