Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

B omelette with mushrooms and bacon
L leftover chicken curry and spinach salad
D pitta pizza and salad.

Snacks were fruit - apple, pear and blueberries and some Greek yoghurt. I may have a flapjack thing with a cup of tea before bed.

B: Weetabix with blueberries & honey, small glass of orange juice, tea (toddler stole most of my blueberries!)
L: carrot, chilli & coriander soup that was extremely spicy, bread and butter (toddler stole most of the bread... notice a theme!!)
D: meatballs in gravy, mashed potatoes, carrots & green beans

Snacks: banana, plain yogurt with honey, crisps, too much chocolate
Drinks: 3 cups of tea, lots of water & squash, hot chocolate

Two breakfast cookies (vegan banana, choc, nut), caffe latte made with machinetta

A couple bites grilled chicken eaten while preparing toddler's lunch

One slice German style rye bread with linseed, spread with Philadelphia and topped with dill and two slices smoked salmon

Two fresh dates, a few squares 85% dark chocolate, small Caffe latte

Green salad with chives, dill, and honey mustard dressing. Smallish portion Moroccan spiced shepherds pie made with sweet potatoes, lamb, chickpeas.

Decaffeinated small caffe latte

Probably will have red wine later and maybe another snack.

B- Bran flakes with coconut milk (boring)
Apple, banana, cup of tea,
L- M&S tomato and basil soup.
Options hot chocolate.

Not sure about dinner, finding food boring at the minute...

They were not only not dried, but extra plump and lush. They were amazing. I often buy fancy dates but these were next level. I think it was this product or something very similar:

B- 2 slices toast with jam. Black coffee

L- home made pizza with mushroom, red onion, peppers, sweet chilli sauce

D- will be sausage, mash, onion gravy and peas. Glass or 2 of wine

Was supposed to be a butternut squash risotto but ran out of steam

Snack Easy peeler orange. 2 coffee & rooibos tea.

B - muesli with orange juice and natural yoghurt

L - cold roast beef, salad, beetroot. A banana, satsuma and a small piece of mincemeat slice.

D - pasta, pesto, broccoli, Parmesan. Salad. Low fat yoghurt for pud.

Slice of Swiss roll.

Loads of decaf tea, coffee, black currant squash, water.

Lunch peanut butter on toast x 2.
Dinner a tofu burger and 8 mini veg spring rolls.
snack x 2 vegan mint magnums and 4 Oreos. Very bad right now. I’ve got over a stone to get rid off. Feel awful but can’t help snacking st the moment.

Plain porridge for breakfast
Cherries for a snack
WW wrap filled with ham and salad for lunch
Then wanted to have a treat for dinner so had a macaroni pie and a few chips.
All washed down with plenty of cups of tea.

A piece of cold leftover pie
Baked potato with butter, tiny bit of leftover tinned tuna, & low fat cottage cheese
Couple of cups of decaf tea, G&B hot choc with water & evap.

I have a migraine & cooking wasn't an option. Was a bit sick this afternoon but that's stopped now. I'm supposed to be on a diet but I don't care when I have a migraine (pretty often). Probably why I need to diet, TBH... I was supposed to go swimming today as well. Bah.
