Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

Monday.
B: porridge with honey, orange juice (to take liquid iron), tea
S: banana
L: homemade tomato soup with bread and butter, 2 Clementines, crisps
S: grapes and a biscuit
D: chicken burger (literally a chicken breast with lettuce, tomato + cheese) with broccoli, a chocolate cheesecake

Yesterday.

B:Cheerios and a slice of toast, tea
S: Banana
L: cheese & pickle sandwich, a Clementine, yoghurt with honey
S: tea & biscuits
D: Lemon & herb fish, jacket potato & peas

Chocolate in the evening

B: Aldi mango and passion fruit skyr yogurt

L: Wasabi katsu curry

D: Steak with stir fried babycorn, peppers, asparagus and courgette.

drinks: a cherry pepsi max, an options mint hot choc and about 5 glasses of water.

Lunch - sausage, mash, veg and gravy (what a treat)
Dinner - I’ll probably have a wrap
Snacks - apple, yogurt,
I work in a school and food is provided. We get afternoon tea every day, but I’ve had to give that up.

Breakfast - just a banana and a coffee, wasnt feeling great

Lunch - spicy chicken + cheese wrap (clearly feeling better) some fruit (a prepacked mix pot, tut 😂) and some popcorn.

Tonight im going out for steak night!

B - nothing

L - Buffet thing at my friends' house. Cheese, mozzarella sticks (more cheese), parma ham, olives, and some steamed pork dumplings. Two hours later I feel hungry again...

B - Nothing
L - Chicken salad
D - Will be chilli with rice, tortilla 'boats', tortilla crisps, grated cheese and various other accompaniments.
All laid out on the table for everyone to help themselves (bonus - I'm not tidying up tonight!) Grin

Have had a lot of water, one cup of coffee and two glasses of fresh orange juice.
May have a glass of wine with dinner.

Oh and yesterday was;

Half a sharing sticky toffee pudding with half a sharing carton of Ambrosia custard.

That was it.

Yesterday was not a great day.

(In my defence I have just come on and I did drink lots of water. Plus the sticky toffee pudding did have chopped dates on top so...)

B - protein yogurt & strong coffee
L - egg and mustard dip thing from coop, some bbq flavoured rice cakes and an apple
D - Thai pork lettuce cups and prawn crackers on the side

Snacks - banana and I'll have a big hot choc and some biscuits later I think. Have also drank lots of water.

Dinner: quorn sausages potatoes and peas

Snacks: satsumas kiwi fruit and a packet of crisps

Drinks: coffee and water ( about a litre so far ish)

B - a banana
L - 2 poached eggs on 2 slices of w/meal toast
D - is homemade tomato and veg curry and brown basmati rice.

Drinks - tea, water, tonic water, peppermint tea before bed.

Snacks - 3 Carrs cheese crackers and houmous. Some cherry tomatoes.

Ran 5 miles this morning too.. feel worn out, run down, spotty and irritable. So much for healthy living 🙄
