Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

Breakfast - 2 weetabix and a cuppa
Lunch - a handful of cheese savouries, cheese on a crumpet and a cuppa
I haven’t had tea yet but I will be having sausage in onion gravy with mash and carrots, a pint of weak squash and a couple of grapes mixed with blueberries for dessert.

B - boiled eggs, asparagus, spinach and lean bacon

L - mememen (Turkish egg dish) and muller yogurt

T - homemade whole grain pasta, chicken with homemade pesto with added broccoli, peas, spinach and asparagus.

I’m hungry now, so will more than likely have a cheese spread and wafer think ham sandwich.

4L of water. 2 cups of decaf tea.

Mid-morning: coffee, large glass orange squash
Lunch: butternut squash soup, muller light yoghurt, pear, orange squash
Mid-afternoon: coffee

B: 2 x crumpets with 2.tsp spreadable butter
L: 3/4 Tesco prawn mayo sandwich pack, 1/2 Tesco egg mayo sandwich, 1 punnet of grapes and most of a punnet of strawberries (food in a meeting)
D: Slow cooker chicken and chorizo in tomato sauce, 7 little roasties and broccoli.

Now snacking on roast almonds and dark chocolate. I felt sick between breakfast at 8:00 and lunch at 3:00, I'd usually have snacks between all meals as I'm breastfeeding and hungry all the time!

Bowl of Ready Break topped with spoonful of Honey. 2 Slices of Toast with Margarine and Strawberry Jam

Tomato Soup with 2 Slices of Bread and Margarine.

3 Pork Sausages, Creamy Mashed Spuds, Carrots, Kale, Onions and Gravy.

6 Custard Creams and 2 Chocolate Digestives.

Porridge with skimmed milk and cinnamon

Salad with quorn chicken, lots of fresh leaves/cucumber/tomato etc, balsamic dressing + some melba toasts

Lentil curl crisps and handful grapes

Chicken dippers in a wholemeal roll (lol)

Skyr yoghurt, a banana and a couple of tiny toblerones.

Lunch, hard boiled egg, orange, apple, oat crackers, grapes, cucumber, carrots and hummus. Mango juice and water.

Snack, fruit and oat cracker

Large plate of chicken salad with a mayo, olive oil and lemon dressing. (Cucumber, grated carrot, mushroom, tomatoes, spinach, lettuce, and a bit of pasta).

Pink Lady apple.
Afternoon - 2 cups of tea.
7pm - tonic water with elderflower cordial
Dinner - I smoked haddock fish cake with parsley sauce.

Love these threads. Not a normal day. I had an operation.

Breakfast: nothing
Recovery: 2 cups of tea with sugar, cofee, a pack of gf bread sticks, gf prawn mayonnaise sandwich, apple juice
Dinner: prawn vermicelli rice paper rolls, keema, basmati rice, pot of plain yoghurt with a teaspoon of lemon curd, a last cup of tea (no sugar)

Strong tea with dash of milk at 9am.

Late breakfast just before 11am, consisting of: 2 thin slices of homemade sourdough bread spread with Lurpak salted butter, a slice of smoked trout and a cup of tea.

Another cup of tea with 1 pack of 3 sesame snaps at about 3pm.

Another cup of tea at 5pm.

Small portion of homemade split pea and ham soup and half a malted white roll at 7.45pm.

Another cup of tea at 8.30pm.

Another cup of tea and 25g Cathedral City cheese biscuits at 11.30pm.

I'm just having a 250ml glass of water then I'm going to bed.
