Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

B mini malt loaf
L 2ham salad rolls,banana, bag baked crisps
D pasta,beef Ragu,green beans and roasted squash

B - 2 cups of coffee, protein bar
S - piece of cheddar
L - ham/cheese/potato-omelette, cherry tomatoes & rocket

S- 3 shortbread biscuits Biscuit
D - tandoori-style chicken skewers with courgette/peppers, basmati rice and coleslaw
4 pieces of dark chocolate
Alpro dark chocolate dessert

B - black tea (am doing 16:8 so don't eat between 8pm and 12 noon)
L - Leftover dhal and a big salad with homemade coleslaw, half an apple and a couple of brazil nuts
D - will be chicken stir fry and rice or noodles

4 coffees with skimmed milk
2 bananas
1 John west tuna and cous cous steam pot
Will have a bag of pom bears and an apple later then homemade veggie chilli for tea.

B: Porridge made with half water and half almond milk, cherries and 1tbsp single cream
L: HM ratatouille and couscous
D: Baked potato, cottage cheese, prawns, salad and 1 tbsp salad cream.
S: Mango, grapes, banana, boiled egg
D: 2 cups black coffee, fruit tea and squash

B - Cheerios, glass of orange juice
Snack - banana
L - beef broth soup with 2 slices of bread, strawberries, melon and a plum, strawberry mousse
Snack - 6 heroes chocolates
Dinner will be gammon with mash and lots of veg
Don’t drink any hot drinks but had 2 large glasses of water so far

Four cups of tea with coconut milk, a frosties cereal bar, lentil soup, orange, apple and banana. Have no idea what I will eat for dinner, it gets boring thinking of what to eat everyday.

Coffee and 2 slices of Philadelphia toast.

Ham omelette.

Dinner is what dp has dubbed ‘poor mans stew’ - payday isn’t until tomorrow so I’ve just dumped everything we have left from the fridge into the slow cooker, so it’s mince beef, carrots, potatoes, green beans, lentils, peas, shallots and swede, and will add dumplings later.

Snacks - pieces of torn off baguette dipped into above stew.

Topped up a 2 litre bottle of sparkling water with Tesco cherries and berries squash and have been drinking that all day.

Carrot and butternut squash soup, oat cracker, cucumber.

Handful of cashews. Cocoa.

Dinner will be trout, new potatoes, green beans, sweetcorn.
Fruit salad.

Later will have a boiled egg and slice of toast if still hungry.Plus a couple of satsumas.

It’s a tight month, moneywise, so I’m using up freezer stuff.

Ooh can I join? I love these threads

B - 2 slices of seeded bread toast, 2 cauliflower hash browns, 2 vegan mushroom cocktail sausages and half an avocado

L - none as my breakfast was definitely a brunch

D - vegan schnitzel, roasted aubergine with paprika and sautéed spinach and garlic

2 glasses of non alcoholic red wine, one black coffee and loads of green tea

Yesterday was a usual bollocks up right at the end for me

B: boiled egg on toast
Lunch: coffee
Dinner: dumplings and mapo tofu

Then 4x ginger biscuits, 5x rich tea biscuits and 3x marmite on toast

B: Greek Yoghurt with Blueberries and Cherries and a coffee.
L: Leek and Potato Souo (homemade) and a Green Tea (and another coffee around 3.30pm)
D: Peri Peri Chicken with Peppers, Onions and Spicey Rice and Peas.

(Also a teeny red pepper and tomato twirl thing from our local farm shop. It tasted like a pizza flavoured cheese straw and now I want to tip the rest into my mouth)
