Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

B: porridge
L: tomato and red pepper soup with crusty roll
D: two chicken fajitas. Small slither of vienetta for pud.

Snack: one triple chocolate cookie

Drinks: one coffee, loads of water, half a bottle of Merlot

Well today is absolutely awful -
B one piece of toast
L bowl of crisps
D leek and cheese pasty and some biscuits.
In my defence my ma died recently and have had difficult day at hers busy sorting things and making calls etc. No real food in and just didn’t have energy to go shopping. Knew I’d eaten oddly but what a shocker. Fruit and veg tomorrow.

Small portion tomato / pesto risotto, 1/2 pork chop with mustard cream sauce, pile of bitter greens with chili and lemon.

White wine.

S - 2 lebkuchen
L - homemade lasagne and salad
S - costa almond mocha and biscotti
D - homemade curried parsnip and carrot soup, nectarine, 2 homemade mini pizza bites.

lots of tea, coffee and a cherry coke zero

B: muffin, poached egg, and avocado
L: peanut butter sandwich, crudités (carrot, pepper and mushrooms) with hummus, small wedge of omelette and some fruit (apple, brambles, blueberries and strawberries)
D: slice of bread, burger, coleslaw, baked beans, cucumber, tomato and lettuce

No snacks.

Drinks: 1 cup of normal tea, two peppermint teas, a glass of watered down smoothie, a hot chocolate and several glasses of water.

B scrambled eggs, sausages, mushrooms and plum tomatoes

L homemade butternut squash, sweet potato and lentil soup. 1 slice wholemeal bread.

D slow cooked beef, mash, carrots, broccoli and peas.
Snacks and drinks. About 6 cups of tea, 1 coffee. Diet cola. A fat free yogurt, pear, banana and a little ham. Believe it or not I'm on a diet!

Lunch - turkey salad wrap
Dinner - gammon roast. I normally pile it on my plate, I was very good and just had a small portion with lots of veg 😇
Snack - lentil curls and popcorn
