Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

Breakfast: nothing

Lunch: Boursin in brown squares

Dinner: Gnocci with pesto, pepper, mushroom, spring onion, spinach and a bit of cheese

(And half a twirl bar!)

B- porridge with skimmed milk and sweetener

L- grilled chicken salad and melba toasts

S- melon, aldi pea sticks

D- spinach and ricotta tortellini with a huge dressed salad and a couple of slices garlic bread

S- 2 waitrose white chocolate cookies, 2 lebkuchen

Heck paprika sausages and poached eggs

Lunch: just a banana & an orange, as had a work emergency and didn’t get a break
Dinner: Nut roast with loads of steamed veg, then Greek yoghurt with berries & honey

L: Quorn chicken, olives, tomatoes, cucumber, grated carrot
D: Salmon, brown rice, peas, broccoli
Drinks: Lots of tea, one hot chocolate
Snacks: Banana, satsuma, caramel rice cake

Breakfast - toast
Lunch - carrot and Corriander soup
Dinner - leek and potato soup with bread
Pudd - 2 ginger biscuits

Throughout day - many many cups of tea with Skimmed milk and one skinny latte after a particularly hard meeting

Breakfast, cashews and a coffee as we didn't have much in the house

Lunch. Lentil ragu and pasta. Corn cracker with peanut butter. Hard boiled egg.

Post walk cocoa

Dinner. Chicken with roasted tomatoes, new potatoes and baby carrots. Corn cracker with peanut butter. Cocoa.

Just realised I haven't eaten any fruit today so off to raid the fruit bowl!

Lunch - veg soup and some prunes

Snack - apple and crisps

Dinner - chicken fajitas

Pud - macaroons

Little handful nuts
2 gingernuts
2 small chocs
Boiled eggs and toast.

Breakfast: 2.5 dates, a few squares 85% chocolate, Caffe latte, 1/3 of a juicy juice

More coffee with milk and sugar

Large portion spiralised courgette with Bolognese

Handful of nuts, couple of grapes, another square dark chocolate, spoonful of almond butter

Couple of glasses wine

Possibly it for the day

Lunch:m&s dutch biscuits and dr pepper
Afternoon snack: crumpet with butter and peanut butter
Dinner: Peanut butter sandwich
Chocolate as snacks

Dinner - 1 slice of white bread and butter with about 5 chips. Activia yoghurt. 2 cans of lager
Snack - double decker
Several cups of tea with sugar
Not a very good day when it’s all written down 🙁

B-greek yogurt with ginger,tinned peaches, 4 chopped Brazil nuts
L- Mediterranean roasted veg sprinkled with a little cheese til melted in chunk baguette
D-linda McCartney red pepper and chorizo sausages.pasta.roasted mushrooms,squash carrots and green beans

Snacks-2 rich tea biscuits and a banana

Lunch- fruit and fibre cereal plus a random hard boiled egg I found in the fridge.
Dinner- lasagne chips and salad.
Wine and some fruit cake in the evening

Since being pregnant I lost my appetite they put me on mirtazapine after I had my little girl for pnd it didn't increase appetite but I did gain a lot of weight I came off that now on citalopram but I still don't eat I may have a pack of crisps during day but most days I just have coffee and water x very unhealthy I know but just can't seem to want food x

Dinner. Gluten free fish and chips, and sweetcorn.
Cocoa.
