Haven’t seen one of these threads in a while and I like hearing what over people have been eating 👀🍴

I’ll go first! 😬
Breakfast:
Oats so simple mixed berries porridge made with milk
Lunch:
Chicken tikka butty bought from a sandwich shop!
Tea:
Homemade stir fry with black bean sauce and soy sauce
Snacks:
1 rice crispy marshmallow square bar
2 mini tangerines

1 banana
2 marks and Spencer’s biscuits
Liquid:
Cups of tea and coffee
1800ml of cordial
1 can of Rio tropical

B - oats so simple golden syrup flavour and a banana
L - leftover homemade lamb stew and rice
S - apple and yushio pea crisps
D - homemade turkey curry, no carbs

Green tea, water and gin (in that order)

Not enough! Didn’t have time for breakfast so grabbed a takeaway coffee late morning. For lunch I managed half a piece of toast (toddler took the other half). Another takeaway coffee in the afternoon. Two digestives with butter and a couple of spare chicken nuggets (rejected by aforementioned Toddler). Starving now and will def enjoy my dinner of sushi!

B: X2 weetabix with milk
L: A turkey and cheese sandwich
D: Beef stew with a few chips and a slice of bread and butter
S: A pear and a banana
Numerous cups of tea and coffee with milk.

May munch on some carrot sticks later on.

B - none
L - 2 egg ham omlette and salad. Bowl of greek yogurt, frozen berries and honey.
D - will be a salmon filet cooked in pesto in the oven, brocolli and pesto and olive quinoa.

Snacks today have been oatcakes, some cashewnuts.

Tea, water, tonic water and peppermint tea.

Tea tea and more tea, loads of water

Small pizza with salad (ASK), lemonade
Some fridge cake
Not yet had tea but will probably be chicken curry, naan bread, green veg - all homemade
Probably some Christmas chocs on sofa later
alcohol free wine if drinkable otherwise just water

3 Cadbury mini rolls, about 5 Jaffa cakes
Canned tamales baked in a spicy black bean and Gorgonzola sort of casserole - ate enough for at least three people

B - readybrek with added seed mix and nectarines
L - chilli & veg soup, 2 biscuits, apple
D - homemade chinese chicken & mushroom curry & rice

There was peas & sweetcorn in the curry & peppers, celery, onion and potato in the soup!

2l water, lots of tea & coffee, 2 glasses squash, one can of pepsi max.

Breakfast - small packet of hula hoops Blush

Lunch - Quorn vegan chicken, lettuce and mayo sandwich and a banana

Dinner - Linda McCartney scampi, chips, mushy peas and onion rings. Alpro vanilla yoghurt for dessert.

B- Weetabix with banana
S- shared a slice of wholegrain bread with an aged Dutch cheese (so salty and delicious). An espresso with a dash of milk.
L- Cod fish with spinach
D- leftover vegetable pasta that I added mince to.
S- ashamedly a small handful of haribo. I regret that.
Drinks- 2 warm milks with pure cocoa and cream. I'm pregnant and have the desire to drink this every day, normally couldn't stomach so much milk. Water.

Snacks: loads of wisps bites and a snickers duo 🙈

Apple and cinnamon porridge
Two slices of bacon grilled and two dippy eggs
Chicken coated in cream cheese and garlic wrapped in Parma ham with spinach

I've had far more than I usually have so will be shocked when I list it. I think the baby must be Hungry-
Cereal (chocolate squares)
Hotel choc chocolate with morning coffee
Toasted teacake
MS pasta salad box
Half jacket lots of and tinned spag
Another hotel choc choc
Salmon, potatoes and broccoli
Mini magnum
Just about to go down stairs to make a hot chocolate and will probably have another hotel chocolate :)

L: Leftover homemade curry
D: Jacket potato with cheese and beans
S: 2 bananas

Also 2 cups of coffee and lots of water.

B: Small bowl of porridge (all that DCs left) with a bit of honey, boiled egg, oat cakes, satsuma, orange juice, cup of black coffee
Post-school drop off: cappuccino
L: wholemeal flatbread with hummus, avocado, salad, pomegranate seeds and some other seedy gubbins (was lunch out so not 100% sure what was in it)
Snack: 3 oatcakes with almond butter and an apple
D: roast chicken, two Yorkshire puddings, jacket potato with butter, steamed broccoli/carrots/mini sweetcorns. Some grapes.

I've been hungry today but I did do quite a hard workout early afternoon. Today was healthier than December, which mostly featured a lot of chocolate and cheese!

So far:

B: Tangerine, banana and yoghurt. Coffee.

L: ham and lettuce sandwich. Two dates. Some melon.

5 pm: dad was starving so got her fish and chips from the chippy - her fave. I had a few small bits of the fish.

Cottage pie shortly if it’s still ok! Homemade on Wed and been in fridge since so I think i’m good 🙂
